Spent $60 on this gaje and have played over 1000 hours. Definitely enjoyed every aspect of the game even in beta. I've well got my money's worth and the studio has really done a top job of keeping the game fresh and updated.
For me who loves playing Irish with shootdown sentinel and smoke grenade, it is a fun map. Especially on Attack because that strategy works really well.
I'm always amazed on how smooth your aim is in 2042. In comparison to the sublime feel of BFV and BF1, I feel like the controller aim in 2042 has personally been its biggest let down and see even the best Battlefield controller players regularly overcorrecting when aiming on target. Big props to the Goat, thanks for all of your great Battlefield content over the years as we wait for what DICE cooks up next.
Agree to disagree. Using Broken Machine's BFV settings on a Series X using FPS boost, playing at 120 fps. There is no better feeling First Person Shooter on a controller. The level of speed and precision you can confidently wield that center cursor on the screen rivals mouse and keyboard.

don't get me wrong I have played bf2042 for a lot of hours...bc ya know battlefield but the only maps I truly like are valpo and redacted the rest are pretty boring..
@@user-qb7dr1qo2t redacted breakthrough is really fun. Haven is not a well thought out map, it’s been rushed and you can tell the devs just wanted something completely differently from what they had in order to keep the player base interested. All time BF maps for me will always be Metro and Amiens

I hate the open maps - also somehow the 2042 maps are just bland. Compare them to BF3/4 maps and there is no contest.

Maximum stealth. Subsonic ammo with the heavy suppressor keeps him off the mini map and also no visible tracers.
i really hope the next battlefield is gonna be good. i like bf2042 right now. but its nothing compard to bf4/bf1 and even bf5 was better..

Stadium is fun. Redacted, fun. Haven and 90 percent of the rest of the maps are terrible.
Orbital and reclaimed can be fun also
