In a recent conversation with Sakshma Srivastav on ENOW, Bollywood Actor Aftab Shivdasani talked about what it really is like to suffer from the Coronavirus, the test, the mental and physical strain it takes on the patient & the process of recovery. He shared that it is very difficult to trace the source of how one comes in contact with Coronavirus. He shared that the most difficult part of the recovery was to stay away from his family and his new-born daughter. He shared the activities that he did during his quarantine period and what kept him going. Aftab gives advice to people on how to stay fit and fight the virus.
