When I went in a 10 centigrade water in Brittany my heartbeat got instantly to its maximum and my foot would hurt like if it was being compressed. When Intries tu put the head under water I could not even hold my breath more than 1 sec and had to get it out instantly. Therefore I really think that by plunging 0 degree I could have a heart attack! Can you describe the physically plain precisely please so that I understand? Maybe there is no real difference with 10 degree feeling? Or maybe is it like lack description to rose in Titanic, when he was comparing that to thousands of blade hitting you?
