They are super uneven, you spend a large amount of money on something you are allowed to expect the job to be done well. People criticizing her for that are ridiculous. They look actually bad lol

Coming from a PMU artist, your brows look great and very natural. If they were any lighter, they would be non existent. If you find one brow is darker than the other, get her to fix it at the touch up! This is what the “perfecting session” is for.
Today is my 7th day and no peeling, please say I will defo peel?

@@SofiasLife It took about 3 weeks and it was not drastic at all, just little bits of scabs here and there but they do need the top-up.

Hi you guys I'm a PMU artist and this is so normal when you get pmu for the first time first of all the color will fadr 30-50% lighter when healed and they'll shrink a little bit as well....the panic is normal and after a week you'll feel worse because they'll be dry with scabs and with a lot of color patches and believe me that's all normal and part of the healing process btw your eyebrows look great.... eyebrows are just sisters never will be twins your whole body is not symetrical 😘
Yadira Sanchez , I had mine microbladded yesterday. I done my research. The girl who done mine is amazing! But I had almost no eyebrows, now they are so dark and bold! I’m trying to remain positive because they have to go threw process. But right now so thick and dark I won’t go anywhere without sunglasses covering them!

Thats not really an excuse. You can do it symmetrically and I have seen other artists that did it perfectly with a good mapping technique

That colour actually suits you and the shape is good, your eyebrows are supposed to be sisters not twins. Those eyebrows gave your face life.
That’s such a child like saying. Your eyebrows are eyebrows. Even identical twins aren’t exactly the same are they. Why sisters ? Some sisters look absolutely nothing alike. SMH such a dumb saying.
The saying is “eyebrows are sisters not twins” not that they should be. The ideal is symmetry. Your comment is like saying a rhinoplasty surgeon should purposefully make a nose slightly crooked even if they could achieve a straight even look.
It has to do with your bone structure above the brow. They make it impossible to be identical. As you probably know, our bodies are not symmetrical. One boob is larger than the other, one foot is longer than the other etc.
You are absolutely 100 percent correct. I had a breast deformity went it for correction last year and was devastated because I thought it made it look even worse, turns out I just needed time to get use to them and heal. She just needed time to get use to them.
I am 37 and just noticed some years ago that if I tilt my head up (as if to look up my nose) and look at my brows, the bone underneath are different shapes and my brows will never be perfectly the same. I feel like people scrutinize their face but look past logic sometimes. I think her brows look great even better when they were dark in my opinion.
Susana, so glad you said this!!! You're so right. No one is perfect unless you WANT to be photos hopped like the rest of the fake world!!

I'm a PMU artist and I don't understand why other artists tell their clients not to get it wet. That is sooooo false. The needles create a wound in your skin, it's the client's duty to keep them clean!!! I send my clients home with a gentle cleanser and aftercare ointment. It's so important to clean your brows to protect those small cuts from gathering bacteria. Also, she did a good job mapping, it's always best to map them laying down and then have you sit up to adjust any minor details. When it's someone's first time getting a cosmetic tattoo, it's completely normal to freak out.
I LOVE YOU for posting this video. I did this today on my eyebrows and they looks so dark and thick and seeing how it fades away after a few days really helped with my anxiety

Also, it's been 3 years since I had them done and they're almost completely faded away and the tattoo is almost non-existent! I had mine done in October. And yep. For a good 2 weeks I looked like an angry bird. But after my 6 week touch and completely healed I love them!

I agree... she did a good job and I could've been way worse off. It was definitely a big shock cause I found them very dark and wasn't used to it. There's just some tiny tweaks and adjustments that she could've done and I think they'd be perfect. So I just makes those tweaks with an eyebrow pencil when I do makeup😉😉
Girl, this makes me feel not alone. I cried and thought everyone was lying when they told me my eyebrows looked good immediately after my appointment. 😂 I relate so hard to your initial reaction and being particular about the shape when she was mapping them out. I’m now getting used to them on my face , actually loving how they look , and no longer regretting the decision. Trust the process ladies 🤍
Got mine done last year and it took some getting used to, right? I needed to have my right eyebrow 50% raised and have to get used to the stubble during the time after waxing or plucking 😝
I just got them done today and ive been crying. I completely regret it and now looking back at my old photos, i was just fine the way i was and now i kind of botched myself because i wasnt what i was happy with what i already had. What makes me even more depressed is that ive been doing some research and found that removals such as laser removal or saline removal can scar or damage that area and potentially make us lose some of our natural brows which i hardly have any left and cannot afford to lose. Can anybody please help me? :(

@@neffyiffy I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through this! I highly recommend you just leave them alone and let them naturally fade. It's been 3 years since I've had my brows tattooed and they're almost completely faded as if I never had them done. And because of that, I'm so glad I didn't do any risky removal treatments. You can help speed up the fading process with skin care like exfoliants and retinol. You can ask the artist that did your brows for more advise on that... you can also find some good tips on google search too😉 Best of luck girl!! xo

I agree! Now that they've faded alot(it's been a year since I had them done) they're looking alot more natural and I like them. When I look back at old pictures, I agree that my old brows were wack lol

I'm a new pmu artist and I think she did really good work on you. They look beautiful and she chose a good color. They fade 30% when healed and they always look extra dark right after but they healed to a beautifully!
How long does that take? I’m on day 12 and the peeling is done. Mine have not faded. They might even be half a shade darker than right after they were done.
Mine has faded over 50% im scared the colour won’t come back

Isn't that what the money is for? I've never had my eyebrows done, but I would assume it's akin to getting your hair done and you give the stylist a tip for receiving good service.

I had mine done about 5 days ago and felt a little overwhelmed as well. All I kept thinking was they are so dark! I felt so embarrassed, although they didn't look bad. Each day they look better, so I'm interested to see what the scabbing/fading stage will bring. Your brows look absolutely amazing btw!!!

Honestly I judge myself like I judge strangers. I have a nice brow shape but they are too dark. I can appreciate attempts on the brow shapes with dark pigment but not bad brow shapes and dark pigment so I think I look like a 8 with them finished .

I know this is an old video but I figured I would leave the comment in case anyone reads the comments and is experiencing this themselves: I do permanent make up and when I talk with a client regarding a touchup, I describe it almost as if it’s a second coat of nail polish. It’s like another layer of color. Yes this is also the time to adjust anything and tweak any thing on your brows that you may not like but for the majority, it’s another layer for more opacity. I think the artist was asking you “well do you want a touchup” when you spoke to her because she wanted to make sure if you already feel like they’re dark and you might not want a second layer of color to make them darker in Boulder. I’m happy to hear that you like them more now, but I’m so sorry that you didn’t have a great experience

I totally sympathize. I am a very particular person in general and a control freak and I totally get your concerns. Doesn’t matter if everyone else thinks they’re great or not it’s about how you feel. Everyone saying the artist did a good job arent considering that she didn’t seem to take your concerns seriously. Dont do it, itll leave a scar behind if you dont go back and keep touching it up, the color will fade just like reg tats. I had mine done years ago and regretted it. Never once went back to touch up cause I really wanted my natural brows back.

VeneciabeautyOnline I agree but I was confused about that part... I called in advance to book a consult and they said they don’t do any shaping, drawing, or eyebrow mapping in the consult appointment. That’s only done on the day of the appointment so I thought there was no point in a consult 🤷🏼♀️
@@NicolesLifeBeLike But tbh it makes sense, the definition of consulting is to talk it out, she would need to charge extra because drawing, mapping, and measuring would take a lot of effort, therefore its not reasonable to do that all unless you are paying her- and in this case, done during your appointment

Omg, I just got mine today and this is exactly how I am feeling!!!!!! Especially on the one rounded and one kind of pointy eyebrow!!!! Your making me tear up!!!! I can’t wait to see them healed I’m only a few min into your video!!!
I hope your eyebrows are healing nicely for you! If you don’t like them, my best advice is to let them fade away naturally(you can speed up the fading process with skincare products like retinol and exfoliants) don’t do any extreme lasers or saline removals because it can leave scars! If you dig through the comments on this video you can read some people’s horror stories😰 I’ve left my eyebrows alone over the years and they’re fading away beautifully❤️
I'm a esthetician and PMU Artist. Brows are sisters not twins. Brows will never be identical. I think she did a good job. And the darkness is a part of the process. Once they peel and heal they'll be lighter.

Not true... I correct the shape with an eyebrow pencil when I do my makeup and I can get them almost perfect! Just wish the artist could've made them how I wanted😉

That’s an interesting process... my healing process flaking and all was completely done by day 7. My brow girl also said that they get very dark the first 1-4 days then start to flake and fade then go back to the original color... mine looks great.. I’m sorry you had a bad experience.
I feel like you are describing my experience to a T, down to my cat staring at me! I’m currently on day 2 and I’m not leaving the house. I’m calling in sick to work all week! I also felt rushed into making a decision as well as the shape. I think your end result however, looks really nice. Only you notice those little details. I’ve heard pros saying your brows are sisters, not twins. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It means a lot to me, as I’m planning on becoming a hermit until future notice. The reason you are unhappy is your eyes are not the same size and your right eye is higher than the left and when you are animated, it is more pronounced. I have the same problem. The brow artist did a great job and you need to be less critical of yourself. I understand your disappointment and I have empathy for your situation. You are naturally beautiful. Love yourself💕

Yes they will keep fading and fading. They say it's semi-permanent, so if you never got a touch up again in your life, they will eventually fade away to nothing. It's a good thing if you don't like your brows, but a crappy situation if you love your brows LOL Can't win em all ;)
Yes they will continue to fade til your just left with the scar of a tattoo there on your brows that why you will have to go in and do a touch up. I dont know how many times thru your life you will but if you dont want to be left with a pink scar do the touch up.

I just got mine done five days ago and I absolutely hate them I hope they completely fade out so my question is do you have to keep getting the touchups and what is the touch up for is it to keep the pigment
I'm sorry to hear you hate your brows😓 But there is light at the end of the tunnel for you! Cosmetic tattoos are semi-permanent so they do fade, thank goodness!! It's been 3 years since I've had mine done and they've almost completely faded away as I never had them done🙌🏼 If you liked your eyebrows and you wanted to maintain them, then it's suggested to have annual touch ups to keep them pigmented, like you said. So if you're really unhappy with your eyebrow tattoo, I recommend just leaving them alone and let them fade away naturally. Oilier skin types will tend to fade quicker than drier skin types and I'm super oily so that's helped a lot. You can also speed up the fading process with certain skincare products like exfoliants and retinol. You can ask your artist for their professional advise on that but you can find tons of info on google too😉 You can also have them removed with treatments like saline or laser, but I'd suggest avoiding it if you can because they can leave scars and you'd be worse off in the end! I wish you all the best and hope you like your brows more once they've healed XO

Hi Nicole. I think your eyebrows are perfect. They look even and I like the shape a lot. It's very complimentary to your face shape. Darker than what you're used to, but I'm sure they softened by now. The tech did a fantastic job. I lost my eyebrows completely due to a genetic condition. Mine are fully microbladed and after the procedure I was like wtf did I just do to myself? 🤯Now I love them.

Yes girl wear the biggest sunglasses you own LOL I pretty much wore a hat anytime I left the house. It was good to keep the eyebrows out of the sun but I personally just wanted to hide them!! I wish you all the best & hope they heal nicely for you 😎

They look so good! And they only look dark when first done but it always heal 40-60% lighter, this is why client has to come back for touch up. I totally understand how you’re feeling. Because eyebrows are no joke. It’s the first thing people see eyebrows are always noticeable. I would feel emotional also. This is why I have yet to get mine done.

I can completely relate to everything you said Nicole. The lady drew on my eyebrows and I had told her that they looked to close together and the color she chose was almost black, I told her my hair is dark indoors but is such a pretty light chocolate brown in the sun. She said no the dark color would be best. Well now I’m stuck with practically black eyebrows and light brown hair 😩. Like now I’m considering darkening my hair but that’s not what I wanted to do. I’m finding myself spending more time trying to fix the shape of my eyebrows now with a light brown color and concealer. Seriously worst decision I’ve ever made. I’ve been trying to gently exfoliate here and there in hopes to fade them. I’m wondering if yours faded a lot and how long it took? Its only been 2 months since I had them done but they just look so harsh on my face. It’s enough to make you feel nauseous sometimes.
Brianna it's been a LONG time since you left me this comment, I'm so sorry for the late reply.. I'm sure your eyebrows have faded dramatically since then!? I hope that you're liking them now! My eyebrows have faded so much that I'm actually filling them in with eyebrow pencil when I do my makeup now. I could probably go for a touch up but I don't know if its worth the money or all the stress?? xo

Oh the emotional roller-coaster at day 2😆 I know it's a lot easier said then done, but don't worry too much, they'll fade a lot! It's been 2 years since I've had my eyebrows done and I could definitely use a touch up because they've faded so much but I don't think I could put myself through that again! I wish you a speedy recovery and that you absolutely love them once their healed🤍
I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND where your coming from.. I myself am dreading the healing process right now.. I myself literally have no brows and have ALWAYS done my own and have always gotten compliments on how perfect they looked and even told if they were microbladed or professionally done.. but now what they look like, I am just waiting for it to fade. it’s an investment and your stuck with them for almost 2 years so as a customer your input really matters.

I just got permanent makeup on my eyebrows yesterday….same thing for me!!! Dark and one eyebrow slightly higher than the other. I did not get any numbing cream and I thought I would literally faint!! I have another two sittings to corrections …we also had problems agreeing on a shape. Basically arguing. I totally understand the emotional rollercoaster. My pain level was at least 12!!! I am crying too!!
No numbing cream!?? Oh my gosh your experience sounds very stressful, and the fact that you were basically arguing over the shape!?? 😣😣 How are your eyebrows now one month later and now that they're healed?
Gosh! Those brows look great! The healing process is a pain lol. Mines take more than 32 days lol 🤭 they look better than the ones you had that's for sure 💯 and yes is a roller-coaster full of emotions!

trust the process love , i did them a month ago . and i totally feel u, especially about the crying part lol , i instantly regret it even tough the shape was bomb , but the colour...o god that dark colour freaked me out for days , they will fade a lot like u dont have anyting on 😵 . but after few weeks and the second touch up (to mantein them for 2 y) they turned out flawless !!!! 💕
Hey! Just wanted to come back here to say that it’s been a little over two weeks and the skin peeled and scabbed (as it should) and I’m and OBSESSED! 😂 I laugh thinking back at how much I cried because they were SO dark and I was scared they were gonna stay that way. They look so subtle and natural now and I’m excited for my touch up! Wait it out, it gets better!

You are brave for sharing your experience! Thank you! Yesterday I got my brows down after very much consideration and research. I am in the same boat! My brows are so thick and dark and I want to cry. I assumed that I would love the reveal just like everyone else seems to when they get theirs done! The process was not the same for me. I hope they fade a lot and settle down! I’ve been embarrassed to show my face anywhere!

Ladies before making a decision I am sure you gather info about what the process would be and also the heeling it’s normal that brows will be super dark then lighter so just give it time they can’t look the same shape keep in mind they are swollen

If you look at her brows without make up, you'll see that her left brow naturally dips. This is what she notices in the shape after the procedure. However, in my opinion, the brow specialist should have fixed this and made them match.

Your right your eye brows are way better than before!!! Give it more time!
The reason why your brows aren't on the same shape bcoz it might bcoz of the elasticity of your skin or the shape of your eyes... the artist should have told you about the healing process.

I'm so sorry to hear that! I know it easier said then done, but keep your head high and keep in mind that the way they look right now is not how they will look in 2 weeks, 1 year, 3 years etc. Thank goodness it's not permanent!! If you really dislike them once their healed you can have them removed so you won't look like this forever. I wish you all the best Sabryn and stay positive❤
