it's not one hundred thousand MAH lol, it's actually 10 thousand. no such thing as 100,000 MAH it would be the size of a 2 car batteries & cost like $4 hundred dollars, but they don't even make such a thing, it's a 10 thousand milliwatt amp hour lipo 💯🤙🏼

I know that button was crap. That's why I went for the touch and roller based models.
Yeah.. it Does help to use the proper "technique" of pressing that button.. Ohw.. and it's Cheap :P
I suspect ISDT were just playing a practical joke on us :D
I bought the Q6 nano a while ago and its my first charger.
Its never seemed to be able to properly balance charge though. was wondering if these charge cycles seem normal.
Another thing that happened was that i accidentally left only the balance cord in the charger without the charger plugged into anything and the next morning the first cell was completely drained which seems odd also.
Any help would be appreciated

Okee.. the battery / cell being drained when connected isn't out of the norm.. I've actually done That to slowly drain a lipo that had gone bad.. That wasn't on an ISDT charger though..
from the looks of it that lipo is simply Not in good shape at all.. If the charger has such a hard time balancing things.. it's usually a lipo with a bad / substandard cell..
You should check the internal resistance of your lipo's cells.. If 1 cell is very different, I would discard that lipo...
@@DutchRC this happens with all my lipos though ive got:
6 goldbat 4s 1500mah lipos
2 cnhl 6s 1100mah lipos and it always seems to be the first cell that doesn't want to charge fully.
I'll go charge all the batteries and check for the internall resistances.

Hard to really say anything conclusive in that case.. You would kinda need a reference charger in that case (?)
I do always see Small variations between chargers, but not like That :$
new CNHL lipo's should be Very balanced I must say.. One would then suspect a faulty charger....

hahahhh thats what I thought, if you put an explosive pack looking cover and a fuse that can make a really funny reference. 10k mah is pretty big deal on full charge. I see this as being far from safe in a pocket, Portable iron welder and human tissue vaporizer 😃

What is watt and ampere when charging Drone battery ? I want to buy which power supply to buy?
Most times I charge my lipo's at 1C... so for instance a 1000mah lipo I would charge at 1A.. It can be done faster, but I just plan ahead, and charging slow keeps your lipo's happy :)
I use a ISDT power supply as well, but a lot of people prefer old HP server power-supplies (cost less I guess)
can i connect it to a 7S×18 (~24V) Liion battery pack?
According to the specs that should be possible yes.. Haven't tried it myself though

Hi, Do you know if the Q8 boost voltages? For example - 12v car and boost to 24v lipo cells?
yes I gave this a try.. I just charged a 6S lipo while powering the charger from a 3S... that worked

that should be possible yes, but it might take a while.. Balancing all 24 cells is usually a bit harder, and especially the last few volts will take more time that way..
