ALTHOUGH WE DIDN'T COMPLETELY MAKE 300BHP (WITH A COUPLE OF OLD MAFS SLOWING ME DOWN) ITS BEEN TUNED CLEANLY WITH EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE, MPG AND LONGEVITY IN MIND.
THE REMAP WAS CUSTOM MADE BY STEVE FROM HDI TUNING USING ASHLEYS ROLLING ROAD IN TTC IN SWANSEA

Welcome to the 300 bhp club! Your comment said it exactly, yes all areas of driving are improved but it’s the mid range performance that’s simply astonishing. I found 60 mph upwards on the move and the car is relentless. I got very close as well to a 600 mile tank a few weeks ago so I think it’s easily achievable. My next mod is to fit the air filter like you did, I also have a spare 3.0 hdi exhaust I am tempted to mess with!

How are these in terms of reliability? Genuinely consider a V6 diesel 407 Coupe.
Excellent, it's been really good just need to make sure you keep on top of regular servicing very cheap to run for the engine size 👌
I have 2.2 petrol. I was thinking about putting a cold air intake, decat and free flowing exhaust. What are the potions in terms of ecu tune?
Lightened flywheel would help, a remap is said to give around 10bhp and up to 25nm which would make a small difference
@@LIMITLESSMEDIAUK_ the idea is not to chase HP but to make it more available through the rev range. I have a dedicated piggyback ECU on a motorcycle. And it just made a huge difference in power delivery and how it is spreading through the revs. So if I make similar chances to my Pug I could expect similar effects but there is nothing dedicated to EW12J4. Can you play with timing on this VVT?
