This is exactly what my wife and I do. All the money we make from our cash flow we used to reinvest into our business. We are both on pace to retire in the next 5 years. I'll be 43.
Happy for you, too many negative people out here hating on the wealthy. I always say, I'm gonna be one of those people, why would I want to bash them for being successful. My only regret is not starting REI in my 20s or 30s, I'm just now in my 40s beginning the REI journey. So congrats on your sucess 🙌
@@cruzmissile25 I didn't start until I was 35 so I'm not that far ahead of you. I'm telling you if you are willing to grind and stay focused. Anyone can do this

You and other stories like yours is what got me into becoming an REI. working my day job is not going to get me to my retirement goals.
