Carolyn, you have a beautiful singing voice. Today was my first day seeing your brother's CZcams channel, and from the videos I've seen, he truly loved people and loved cooking. My condolences to you and your family. I know Chef Eric is missed by his family, friends and fans. Even though there maybe no more new videos by Chef Eric, I still subscribed and will continue to watch his videos. May God bless you richly as you continue to do His will.

But now I am and I notice your brother videos are 1-2 years old. Please let me know when he passed and was he in Indiana? Im sorry if I am wrong. Ty

Mrs. Carolyn, I didn't know that Eric was sick, as I told him I am a new subscriber. As I am looking at all his videos, I came across this and I will be looking at all of them to catch up on his progress.I am the young lady from Greenville, Ms. I Ser that he is a wonderful cook and I enjoyed his cookie he made that's how I came across his channel, I was looking for a cookie recipe and I subscribed, I hope all is well and God is always in control and I know he is gonna heal Eric because as I saw from the video's he has a very kind and sweet spirit and for that alone, he will be just fine ....All praise to him from which all our blessings flow💕♥

Sorry to hear this😢I’m a cake baker and his video popped up in my feed today. Loved his 7 flavor pound cake, I will be baking a cake similar to this tomorrow for my mom’s birthday, I will try his recipe. Which pretty much similar, I just have never used all shortening. Condolences to the families, I know you never stop grieving the loss of a loved one. RIP Mr. Eric

I have been subscribed to channel for about a month. Didn’t realize you were having some health challenges. I now realize I was drawn to your channel because of your spirit, Your spirit reminds me of my brother Eric . He also had health challenges but he loved the Lord and people. I see this was last year that Eric was in the hospital and l ask our Lord Jesus Christ too touch his body, mind and soul and that He will hear the prayers of the righteous and His will be done, and l'm sure He has already raise Brother Eric up and I haven't been on his page since last year, just so happens l was looking for his receipt for cream cheese pound cake made with 🍰 mix and this is how l learn that Eric was well last year, l just all of sudden wanted to make this cake and l do miss his sense of humor and l'm glad that I did, and you my Sister is a True sister too your brother, now l know who's He's being talking about and you are the one, well this is another year and l'm sure He's doing well and so are you, l know he's grateful and overwhelmed with you after seeing this video now this is commitment and loyalty and Love.Any way I sure hope All is well Eric you'll family, l still gotta find that cream cheese pound cake using the cake mix.May our Lord Jesus Christ have compassion and His Will be done and may you All stay encourage and hold on to God unchanging Hands✋✋🙏, With All my Love 🙏🌹🌹🌹, One of Eric followers 🚶😊10-25-2019-11:51🌹💙🌹

I just subscribed last night. I was looking for the Chicago Public School butter cookie recipe and was excited when I saw in the title Fenger HS. Whwn I clicked I looked at Eric for a few minutes and began to remember him in the halls of Fenger. I graduated in '86. This isn't my name. I was so excited that I posted the butter cookie video on the Fenger Alum page on fb. I just started scrolling the other videos and saw this. How is Eric?
