Ramirez started the attack gave it to lampard and received the ball back. Only two of them started the attack and end it, one of the greatest goal in champions league history.

I can't stop having chills each time I watch the highlights of this match. That's the Chelsea I miss and fell in love with. Cech was awesome, so was Ramirez, A Cole, Drogba, Lampard and the rest of the team. The memories will live on.

Chelse's CL run during this run to the final was miraculous, they went up against giant killers Napoli (counter attacking experts during this era), a decent Benfica squad, Pep's prime Barca and then a complete Bayern with infamous dynamic duo 'ROBBERY' all this with an aging, last legs a goal away from retirement squad

Btw , I was able to predict with accuracy because i saw a fire, never seen before in the Chelsea squad. It was like a "last dance" kind of fire. The players were about to retire without the covetted prize. I knew nothing under the sun would stop them, so i called it, and they did it.

To say Ashley Cole was good is probably an understatement, his performance after Terry was sent off was unbelievable, Ramirez is the one whom I underappreciated because we were so spoilt with the best wingers in that space, Kalou, Malouda, Hazard would join the next year, after that chip by Ramirez, I looked at him differently.
Stand in Captain after Terry Send Off, Lampard assist is so beautiful. Greatest comeback play after conceding probably the match losing goal.

If anyone ever says Lampard isn’t a world class passer, u just show them both balls he played into Ramirez on the goals in the 1st and 2nd leg. Two of the prettiest passes I’ve seen in football at the highest stage. Barely even looked on either of them, just knew where to put it with perfect weight.

Barca 2008-2012 was such a scary team. It was a given they won laliga and made at least the semis of the UCL no question asked. Beating them was a miracle for any team. I rmb they 5-0 Madrid like nothing and that was the Madrid with Iker, Ramos, Alonso, Ronaldo, Di Mario, Marcelo, etc... Miraculous win for Chelsea honestly.
This was probably one of the greatest UCL matches of the decades. It had everything you could ask for in a match.I remember how that action in 5:00 - 5:05 got me on the edge of my seat
How good is chelsea at that year … beat of only two team that won the treble to lift the UCL trophie !!!

What about 2005 Chelsea's last goal had to be disallowed and scored had to be 3-2
I'm sorry but you're dramatizing everything. Mistakes were made in both sides (even though I admit that relatively mistakes more were made against Chelsea ) but also the English ledia amplified it like it does with everything. I remember the Abidal unfair red card that caused Barca to play with 10 for 60 minutes, the fouls made by Drogba that should have already sent him off, the penalty that should have been awarded to Barca after the foul on Henry in the home leg, a handball on Ballack (or Lampard I don't remember) in the away leg, the multiple fouls made by Ballack that made him avoid the second yellow card, etc. Those are mistakes that would have changed the course of the game even from the first leg and we wouldn't be talking about the refree in the second leg.
Every team felt being robbed before and even after the introduction of VAR in multiple occasions and it really did also cost barca some matches.
The way the English media has overhyped the refree thing of this game is annoying and no one is trying to see things from a neutral perspective.
I will never for this match! I will never forget Torres goal. I cried with joy. Even now that i watched it again, tears of joy is rolling down!
