    I feel like TP-XL TP-LC and TP-XD are very similar it would be cool to see a video like where you start with the smallest one and fill it up and transfer the tools to the next bag to see the extra space/size difference.

    Yay! Love it. You know what I’ve done with my tp bags with the “tablet pockets” you can fit a smaller laptop in there. I told the Velcro from one of my wera sets and put it right on the laptop so it would close and stay down. Works great. I’m loving my XD! I know you’re going to love it too. The versatility of this bag is incredible, it can be as many bags as you need it to be with just a simple affordable panel purchase. I love veto! Looking forward to a loadout. Always love your videos.

    Ordered the TP-XD Blackout ang getting the TP6B free promo after seeing your videos. Can’t wait ! Also have the TP-XXL & now there are VSwap inserts for the side pockets coming out. Those will be on my next order. Also running a couple of CP4s setup as support kits that will attach to either bag for specific jobs etc. Using 2, MB3Bs with the 42” shoulder straps for test gear and electronic support. Your videos are awesome and expertly detailed. What a treasure trove of knowledge !! Keep them coming and are much appreciated Sir. Thank you !!

    Hay you got you a TP-XD. I love this bag.
    A surface pro with keyboard does fits in the back pocket.
    edit- the front Vswop will snap onto the back allowing piers to ride higher giving you room for larger tools, chargers and larger meters to fill the whole bottom.
    edit2- I don’t think you mentioned the base of the TP-XD is 1 inch deeper than the TP-XL to make the TP-XD a little more stable. So basically the TP-XD has the same dimensions as the main compartment of the TP-XXL.

    Hi great Video! I have a couple questions if you dont mind. Your TP XXL comes in at 40 lbs what does your TP XL weigh?? Im also a little curious if the TP XL is tippy at all. I have the TP4B, yes its overloaded but the footprint is too small for its height and I'm tired of it falling over and ready to move on to something a little larger. Thank you for your content!

    • @MillisConstruction
      @MillisConstruction  Před 2 lety +1

      I actually gave my XL to one of my helpers but it is almost identical to my XD bag if you’ve seen that Loadout a couple weeks ago. That bag comes in at 19.5 lbs.
      They can tip but usually if you avoid overusing that front pouch for heavy stuff it doesn’t happen nearly as much 😅. The TP4B is notorious for tipping lol

  • @vroom1013
    @vroom1013 Před rokem +1

    Hi. I have a question that I hope you can answer. Comparing the TP-LC with the TP-XL or TP-XD, can you actually fit much more in the bigger bags than the LC? The LC comes with those really useful, good sized, side pockets, but the XL and XD only have the smaller pockets on the sides. It looks to me like the bags will pretty all much carry the same amount of stuff, but the tools you’d put in the external pockets of the LC, will just live inside the XL or XD. To my eyes the larger bags don’t actually offer that much more capacity over the LC, or am I missing something?
    Always enjoy watching your videos, and the enthusiasm you have, from here in the UK.

    • @MillisConstruction
      @MillisConstruction  Před rokem +3

      A lot depends on how you load them too, you can probably fit a similar amount of tools in a smaller bag but they get a bit more jammed in. The LC and XD are my main two bags right now. If you like lighter bags I would definitely start with an LC, it’s kind of a favorite of mine and just like you said, for that side pocket you can put the big pliers wrenches in etc. I love that much more than the tiny pockets.
      Thanks a lot! Feel free to reach out anytime. I’m pretty easy to get ahold of on Instagram or through the Millis Construction page on Facebook both 😁

    • @vroom1013
      @vroom1013 Před rokem

      @@MillisConstruction thanks for the reply 👍. I have the LC already (got it for free in the promotion with my OT-LC), and was wondering if it would be worth the upgrade to the XL or XD. I keep my meter and a small box of screws and bits in the outside pockets. They really are handy, and I think I’d miss them if I bought one of the bigger bags. If I’m being honest, I didn’t think the bigger bags offer that much more, especially when you take cost into consideration. It’s hard to resist those Veto bags though, eh? 😂
      Keep up the great content 👍

  • @duncdunc76

    How water resistant are the veto bags of that style with the flap? I'm looking for a super water resistant bag as often the type of work I do takes me in and out of multiple customers homes everyday and when it's pouring rain I'd like to prevent water from getting on my tools as much as possible, but I so prefer a soft bag over a hard water proof tool case or box.

    • @MillisConstruction
      @MillisConstruction  Před 2 lety +1

      They do quite well! Especially if you zip the sides of the flap down. If you’re really in that much rain you could probably get the spray on canvas tent waterproofing stuff from a camping store and I bet that would make it even better too.
