Scalp treatment with comb twists. I'm not a doctor so I can only do my best to relieve some of the discomfort & suggest seeing dermatologist for further treatment. Could be psoriasis of the scalp, he could've had an allergy to the products in his hair, or it could just be dandruff. I'm always happy to help & I love bringing a smile to people's faces.
