Yes works good just dont read the chip after you write back the key data onto the immo chip ..
@@MYKEYSAUTOMOTIVE hey it worked but I didn't have to write anything back. Also didn't have any blank positions. Just selected the first used, made dealer key using super chip. Started right up 👍
Great info and video bro! I didn’t think I could or even wanted to do eeprom keys but these videos help shine some light on what seems to be a dark avenue for some. I run a shop and I do own key tools (cutting machine, programmers, eeprom tools etc.) but eeprom is something I’ve never done and I’m not the best solderer by any means lol .. I appreciate this clear and instructional video so now I’m thinking maybe I can do this!

You’d be surprised how many locksmiths don’t or can’t do eeprom or work with modules and ecus it’s a normal thing

Hi MyKeys, I’m new to EEPROM please bare with me. What was reason you read the eeprom and flash back? You didn’t modify the file? I’m trying to figure out what happened
Ok so i reflashed the immo ecu chip to a virgin state (keys are ready to be programmed).. that means I cleared all the old keys out of the system! Hope i cleared up things for you.
@@MYKEYSAUTOMOTIVE yes it does! Once you flash virgin, does that put car in auto learn mode? You did IMMO OFF? New keys gets learned to car when inserting and turning on car? Or is there a different procedure?
@@pouncerminned863 yes it puts the vehicle in auto learn.. key have to be learned manually(onboard) there's different techniques I usually switch ign on to off 5x and that programs the first key .. or cycle one key at a time .. every car is different but yes you can program keys with programmer!
@@MYKEYSAUTOMOTIVE what is the name of box you pull out? I’ve heard it called ECU, ECM, is it all same or do these have certain names? I ask so I can research how to locate and remove proper component. I don’t wanna remove ecu if it’s an ecm unit, know what I mean

I have a 2000 4runner. I already did the reflash but I don't know the onboarding process to program the keys. Can you help me out with that? Also the security light flashes after the reflash and don't stay solid.
Try just starting up the truck .. cycle 2-3 keys from
Off to on each time .. one by one.. if you just have one key from off to on 5x with the last time leaving it on
