Tried this recently and it was amazing! I didn’t have coconut sugar , but used light brown sugar instead and added pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes to some of them , they came out so good! Thank you 😊
I made this today and I tell you it’s the best cookie recipe using almond flour ever! I used dark chocolate chips and put some almond nuts on top too. The recipe yields 12 large cookies. This will be my go to recipe from now on. As a matter of fact I am going to make them again tomorrow to stock up and put on the freezer. Thank you so much!
180’ c
3/4 cup butter
3/4 coconut sugar
Mix well
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups of almond flour
Half teaspoon baking soda and salt
Stir well until batter is thick
Half cup of chocolate chips
Bake until 10-12 minutes
Tap tap to flatten
And let it cool for 5-10 minutes
The butter should be 1/3 cup, not 3/4 cup!
Thank you
Bless u. Thank u 💓
@joycelee3947 omg I started making but the butter was cold so was waiting n saw this comment saved my batch of cookies 😂
If the chocolate chips are mini, use only 1/2 cup, but for regular size it's 3/4 cup
not even kidding, this recipe actually beats cookies made with plain flour. Could not stop eating it, LOVED the chewy texture. Thank you!
Glad you liked it!!
I’ve made these multiple times now. I always use dark chocolate and walnuts in mine. So so good and my family loves them 🤤☺️
Thank you so much for this video. I appreciate it when people show baking so easy, and I can follow. Blessings!!❤
I was looking for an easy recipe for weekend coffee and the ease of making them compelled me to give it a try. Must say they turned out really good. Thank you for sharing this is going to be my go to recipe going forward.
Turned out to be perfect! Me and my family loved it Thank you so much.
I made these cookies for a friend and added cocoa powder instead of chocolate chip, and they loved them. Thanks so much for sharing
Thank you - your base is easy to make and modify. I added walnuts and coconut. In another batch , I added pumpkin spice. I made in my air fryer over at 350 for 8, 10 and 11 minutes. 11 minutes gave me the crispness I was seeking.
I made these yesterday but substituted the sugar with Truvia baking sweetener (same quantity) and used 50% less sugar chocolate that I cut into small chunks. I also squashed the cookies down a bit before putting in the oven. They did spread out but I wanted them quite large so it worked out well :) Delicious so pleased! Thank you very much
Wow, the best!!! I thought this recipe sounded good but I was not expecting this to taste this amazing! Thank you!
I really enjoyed watching the video for the chocolate chip cookies. It seemed very simple to make!I'm going to try them

Tried this recipe today and these cookies are amazing
Simply amazing. Wish I found this sooner.
I was craving for chocolate chips cookies. I just made this. I had 150g almond flour and the rest is oat flour. Baked in my Ninja air fryer on the bake/roast setting 325f for 10 minutes . The top golden brown because of the air circulation on the lid . Sooooo crispy delicious. My teenage son love it . Better then store brought and its healthy. Thank you very much for the recipe. 😘
Oh shaped and freeze half the cookie dough!
Superb Recipe!!!
Tried it today and it came out so well!!! I tried with brown sugar .
Yummy , chewy Almond cookies made my day !!!!

Omg I just love it! I can’t wait to try it
These were yum 😋 lovely recipe
It came out really good, I didn't have coconut sugar, used monkfruit but less amount. 1/2 cup instead of 3/4 cup.
I made them with stevia and unsweetened chocolate chips and they were simply delicious! Thanks!!

Glad you like them!
Oh gosh!! Great recipe!! Just made some and they were soooo freaking delicious😊
I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Great recipe thank you so much. :)
Oh Wow 🤩. Thank you so much 😊
Great job❤❤❤
Mine took an extra 5 minutes to start to brown, but the chewy texture was delicious! I can still taste the almond flour favor, but they are yummy regardless. Will be making it again!
I just made these and they were delicious!! Soft and cakey. Not overly sweet. I used 1/2c monkfruit sweetener, 1/2 cup butter, and I chopped a tablespoon of Stevia choc chips with 2 tbs of pistachios so that I could incorporate bits of each throughout the dough without using a bunch of whole chocolate chips or big pieces of nuts. Wanted to cut down on sugars. Sooooo good!!!! This will be my cookie of choice from now on. No more store bought.
I'm so glad you enjoyed them!
Just made a batch of 18 cookies, in my 21"X15" cookie sheet. The only ingredient I added was the zest of one orange, because I love citrus. They smell amazing and are sure to be kid pleasers, including Gramps! 😄
Made them! DELICIOUS!! THANK YOU!!
Glad you like them!
Your recipies always turn out great! I tried this one today and it was yummy.
I also tried your recipe using oat flour for banana bread 👍
Thank you for sharing this recipe! I baked some today and my family loved it. I struggled quite a bit because I’m used to measuring with grams but all is well 😊
Glad you enjoyed them! If you need measurements in grams, be sure to use the printable recipe on my website. There is a "Metric" button you can press to change the measurements over to grams: detoxinista.com/almond-flour-cookies/
Really enjoyed your video keep on uploading for more 👍
LTE the best cookies ever!! Made some substitutions:
Instead of 3/4 cup coconut sugar I did 1/4 brown and 2/4 coconut
Did half butter and the rest coconut oil cuz I ran out of butter
And did 1 cup of almond and 1 cup of plain flour
And they were extremely delicious 💕
1 did only end up with 15 average sized cookies instead of 24 tho
I love this recipe, the best cookies ever😋😋❤
Yay! I'm so glad you loved them!
I can't stop making these
Just made these yummy thank you! First time using coconut sugar in a cookie,, wow❤️🔥🇰🇪🇺🇸
Thank you for sharing this!! I made them today, and they came out perfect. I reduced the sugar that's perfect for my liking. My kids love them, and the texture... love it! Thank you.. ^_^
I'm so glad you enjoyed them!
Me too. I used 1/2 cup instead of 3/4 cup of sugar
Did them today. Used 2/3 cups sugar and it was enough sweet for me. Used also almond meal and they were soft but not too much. But I liked that. Froze half of the batch which is a great tip. The only thing is that I got 20 cookies out of this batch and I use a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop 🤷🏻♀️. I’ll be making this again for sure 👌🏻
I'm so glad you enjoyed them! Thanks for sharing what you tried!
Sooo delicious😋 . The almond flour I used was old so it has a weird after test but yet so delicious. I sprinkled it with kosher salt to balance the sweetness from the sugar. 💕🌿
You can leave almond flour in the freezer and use it as needed. Nuts have oils that seep out over time, making the flour rancid. Keeping it cool helps it last longer.
I made this and this are busin the best cookies ever😮💨🤤
My favorite cookies to make. So good.
Tried this with dark brown sugar and we loved it.. thank you!!!
So happy to hear that!
Just made these but I used almond meal and added crushed pecans, walnuts and coconut flakes yummmmmm
Mmmm yummy 😋
Works every time
Thanks!😊
They look great 👏 ! Could we use honey instead of coconut sugar?
Delish!!
“Give us today our bread for this day”. Thank you!
Made them n were awesome my kids just couldn’t stop eating
just made a batch. I live in rural Canada the 2 cups of almond (blanched) flour at local bulk store cost $11!
I wasn’t a fan of cookies until I’ve tried this recipe yesterday. It was perfect! Thank you so much! BTW, I have an almond meal here, can I use it?
I loved how it was easy to make, but it was too sweet for me. I'll try it again but with less sugar, maybe 1/2 a cup? I don't know we'll see. Thank you either way! ❤️
These were soo delicious, my first almond flour cookie! I reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup & it was the perfect amount of sweetness. Your almond flour pancakes are amazing as well I've had them soo many times since using almond flour for the first time last month :)
OOh they are baking now. Hope hubby loves these :D Just the recipe I was searaching for. I had to break up a candy bar with a hammer to obtain the chocolate😂 chips.
I hope they were a hit for you both!
I will try these with swerve & Lily’s chips- hope it turns out!
Let me know how it goes!
How much honey or syrup in place of sugar, should I use?
Cookies had we love
So I am diabetic recently diagnosed. I have completely changed my diet. But for Christmas I do want to bake cookies. And I am curious does almond flour work the same as normal flour? Or would the cookie break down after a day or two? Would putting the baked cookies in the fridge keep them firm?
It's a really tasty cookie recipe. The only thing is that I have to get use is the coconut sugar, the flavor is so overwhelming.
Do you use unsalted or salted butter
Can I use dark brown sugar instead of coconut sugar you used?
Can you bake em in an air fryer? If yes at what temp?
Can I use olive oil or avocado oil instead coconut oil?
I made these but when I baked them they didn't come out flat like yours? They stayed in the same shape?
The first time I tried these cookies they came out great, but now for some reason they just won’t flatten! I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or different 😭
Can we substitute eggs with banana?
What can I use instead of the coconut sugar please? Also my friend want me to make 2lbs for her, should I double the recipe or leave it this way? Thank you!
You can use regular sugar
I’m going to try making these today is it ok to use light brown sugar that’s all I have on hand
That should be fine! They might just turn out a little sweeter that way.
Can I make the dough today and freeze whole thing and bake it after a week? Will that work? We are travelling next week, so I wanted to bake them the day before we are travelling
Hi! I like to freeze cookie dough in mounds (as if you were about to bake them on a pan) so they will thaw and bake easier in the future. We always have cookie dough in the freezer like that, so you can make it up to 3 months ahead of time!
I made this tonight. For the fear of cookies coming out a little dry, I used 1 cup all purpose flour and 1 cup almond flour and substituted coconut sugar with light brown sugar. Omg the cookies came out perfect in every sense, the appearance, density, chewiness and sweetness. These are 10/10. I am definitely making this again and again and again!Thankyou!
MY first batch of cookies that are actually EDIBLE.
However two issues, hoping the recipe host can address -
1) the batter was not thick pliable like shown in video, so I added few drops of almond milk. I followed instructions and used almond flour as mentioned in the video. I used less sugar, they are still very sweet.
2) they are crumbly, not as formed like shown in the video.
Why the batter was not like shown here?
2)
Can I substitute coconut sugar with stevia?
Are you thinking of using a stevia baking blend? If it's a 1:1 swap, that might work, but otherwise stevia is so much sweeter than coconut sugar that you'd need to use a lot less and that might impact the texture of the cookies.
Can I use stevia or swerve instead of coconut sugar
I'm not sure how that will affect the texture, but if you have the type of swerve that can be swapped 1:1 for sugar, that might work? I'd love to hear if you experiment with it.
I don’t have brown sugar, can I use maple syrup instead or it will mess with the recipe?
I think the texture will turn out differently if you use a liquid sweetener. But, let me know if you experiment with it! Maple syrup is sweeter, so you won't need to use as much.
YUM😀
When do you put more chocolate chips on top or do you?
I like to press a few extra chocolate chips on top as soon as they come out of the oven, if they don't look pretty enough for food photos. :) But that's totally optional!
