- These gluten-free chocolate chip cookies have been my go-to cookie recipe for over ten years. They are crispy on the outside and soft, gooey and chewy on the inside. This may just be the best chocolate chip cookie recipe you've ever had.
These chocolate chip cookies are free of all refined flours and sugars and can easily be made vegan and egg-free as well. Not only are they delicious, but they are the easiest chocolate chip cookies you will ever make. Enjoy!

•cup of almond butter
•3/4 cup of natural sugar
•tsp kosher salt
•tsp baking soda
•tsp vanilla extract
•chia egg
-1tbsp chia, 3tbsp water
•1/2 cup semisweet choco chips
350°f for 12 mins

TIP: Turn the container upside-down until the oil resettles to the bottom of the jar. Turn it up-side right and mixing in the oil is much easier that way. =)

I tried this recipe with roasted almond butter, coconut sugar and also a chia egg and it was delicious! The cookies were just a bit darker but delicious !!! I also made it with 3/4 cup of chocolate chips because I’m a chocolate monster 🤣

Can you use a sugar substitute, like Stevia, I’m diabetic and you’re banana oatmeal cookies have become a staple in my kitchen, I LOVE THEM❣️and would love to try these, even with a half & half sugar substitute, but cutting it out entirely would be fantastic..
@@collettedauphinais8381 What if you tried erythritol ? That is a non hiking blood sugar, sugar. Lol. It really taste good... I'm surprised. To me, stevia can make things taste bitter sometimes.

Made these and they were AMAZING! Buttery ( idk how ), crispy on outside and chewy on the inside, just the right amount of salt and you couldn't taste the sugar granules ( i'm saying this because when I use torbinado sugar i can usually taste the weird texture, but not here). And also they didn't taste like almonds at all, which made them taste just like the 'real' deal. Thank you so much!!

This is by far the best chocolate chip cookie recipe I’ve ever tried! I remember you made a video of this recipe a few years ago and that’s when I first tried them. But I have to say I don’t make them that often because I can literally eat the entire batch by myself and that’s a lot of fat lol

They melt in your mouth! This has been my go to cookie at work when I need to make a gluten free option but the kitchen staff always munch on them to! You need to get yourself some different sizes of ice cream scoops. They make scooping muffins and cookies soooo easy!

Amazing Cookie, I used coconut sugar which worked well but next time I’m going to use a little bit less than the 3/4 cup and probably only 1/2 tsp salt. My grandkids looooved this. Thank You!!
