Ivana you are best Teacher. I am able to do Vacuums 4 Sets up to 1:00 to 1;10 .Using trx Ropes . It is fun to do them.

Ms. Ivana - Thank you for this video. I do see the benefit but sometimes I get neck and shoulder pain. Am I doing something wrong, is there a way of doing this exercise without hurting my neck or shoulder?

I have read & watched conflicting info about doing the vacuum as far as breathing goes. I know you said it's ok to hold your breath (which is a good thing bc otherwise I just can't seem to stay true to form trying to breathe) I think I'm performing these correctly but often wonder. I feel that slight cramping behind and maybe slightly below my belly button... Does it sound to you like I'm hitting TVA? plz & thank you

Does it really work because I have lost I need to get a flat I just got little bit
I did this exercise for 4 mins. I can feel the burn in my abdomen so it must be working my muscles, but its hurting my lower back (I have bulging disks and spinal stenosis in my L4 & L5) Is it safe to do long term? Also made me feel a little dizzy....
Do you have any recommendations for women who have had hysterectomies? It's hard for me to tell if I'm doing the contraction correctly.
Having a hysterectomy shouldn't affect your ability to do most exercises, although this isn't one that I would necessarily recommend. It's best to speak to your doctor or a physio who knows your situation.
Okay so this won't make you lose weight, but kind of manage the amount of food your stomach holds so you get full quicker, right? Or how does this help?
The exercise strengthens the TVA muscle, that’s all. Nothing to do with weight loss. It doesn’t change anything to do with the amount of food your stomach holds.

Yes!
I am on calories deficit will it promote in losing stomach fat and getting small waist
A calorie deficit will help you lose stomach fat. Abs exercises don't do that, but by training you to pull in your muscles, you may notice that your waist feels tighter.

You can hold your breath for the whole time that you're holding the stomach muscles in.
You can't really target fat loss in particular areas. You'll need to lose fat overall (primarily through diet). Exercise can be done any time your stomach is not too full. Whenever is comfortable for you.

Nope! You need to expend more calories than you take in...generally nutrition is the easiest way to do that.

I do this stomuch vaccuim i notice my tummy bloated getting small na. Its helpul for me.
I tried this exercise a few years ago but don’t think I was doing it right. I had a tummy tuck 3 weeks ago and been told my muscles are good but my skin tone is bad (I look boxy :(.. ) will this help my skin tone? Thanks
No, it won't help your skin tone.

It doesn't matter. Whatever allows you to hold the TVA contraction best.
