Summer Grind Preview (Heritage)

9NEWS will be providing an all access look at how three high school teams used the summer months to prepare for the upcoming season in our new feature, Summer Grind.
The three teams featured are Heritage, Mountain Vista and Regis Jesuit. The episodes will air during the 9NEWS morning shows at 6, 7, and 8 a.m. on channel 9.
Airing dates for the following schools:
- Heritage - August 3-4
- Mountain Vista - August 10-11
- Regis Jesuit - August 17-18
