Omg I’ve been trying to figure out why my 2720 wasn’t getting any connections thank you so much for sharing it solved my problem you definitely have my sub and 👍🏽 😊
Thank you so much! I did exactly what you showed me, and it worked. I had called customer support at Epson, and was told the motherboard may have gone out or that it was a problem that I would need to send it in to get fixed. I'm so glad I came across your short effective video.
Thank you so much!!!! I was freaking out bc it popped out when i was trying to figure out how to open my printer (i have the ET 4700 but they’re pretty similar) and i didn’t know what to do! Now i need to figure out why it’s not printing black, but at least i can print again!! Thank you so so much!!! 😃💕
Yay! finally. I had been trying to fix my printer. This Helped Sooooo Much. I also had the other one with the blue taping out. But from your video I figured it had to go attached to the other Hole next to it. :)
Hi Charles. I have this problem too. I can attach the one you show but cannot see where to insert the one with the blue tape on top. Can you help? Thanks!!
@@ritabamford185 There is a tiny weeny place similar to the other one where you can insert the blue tape one into. Use something to prop up the printer cover and put a headline on if you can. When you get to the little weeny place, apply a little pressure on both sides (use your other figure on the opposite side) until it's secured.
Great video!! Thank you so much. I do have a question... where does the larger strip go. I can't get it to connect to the obviously place. I so appreciate your help.
Me too. Both of the ribbon cables have popped off from behind the circuit board. Could use a very clear pic of the board connector and how they re attach.
Here's a couple ideas: Put the damn thing on a desk so you don't need to kneel and use the camera sideways. Also turn on the lights so you don't need to use the silly phone light.
This was hilarious but so true! I was crazy struggling trying to see the slots. I came back here and read through the responses and saw yours. Got a LED lamp and boom---I could see-lol! Fixed in a minute!!
I keep hearing stories how Epson tries to over charge to fix their et 2720 printers. Let me say something . Every part to that printer is cheap to buy and easy to replace. They put these life cycles on thier printer in attempt to make you buy a new one when those parts are easy to replace.

Thank you for your video. I was able to resolve the paper jam. However, the photo print are distorted. Can you help me with this?
Mines didn't the first time. Make sure you really push the white cord in. You will hear a little snap. (Not too hard)
I still have the same error although the printer is printing. Any advice?
Ty
The blue tipped ribbon next to this one also needs reinsertion. Can you help?
I'm not understanding which screws to remove. The two on the far ends or the ones closer in.
The far ends.
I have an Epson ET-2760 that has the exact same error....do you know how to fix it for ET-2760?
I am sure that what you say will work. I just cannot see the whole where they go. Do you have drawings or something?
I didit but it doesn’t works what else can I do
Mine is still showing the error message

@@teresacrawford5651 And that was not my problem. I had to un-install and re-install.
Then it went out again ! So now I don't use it.
@@stevejette2329 That's a shame!
Only problem is the second one came out too.
I did that but it keep coming up the error ?
Hello I’ve done that and it’s still saying same code..
