I love this recipe!! I've made it for my family a few times. The first time I subbed out the zuccinni and carrots with asparagus and green beans because that is all I had. I added a can of sweet corn niblits too! Once I used apple chicken sausage. Thank you!
ADD: consider adding a small rind of fresh parmigiano reggiano cheese (like a 2x2 inch piece. Let it cook in the soup until done and then remove it before serving. It adds a rich nutty flavor that is PERFECT for a dish like this!! PS - if you have a dog, you can give them the cooked rind after you remove it, as a healthy treat….. once it’s cooled off of course, instead of just throwing it away!
When I make soup with spinach, I add it to the bowl, then pour the hot soup over it and stir. That way, it stays green for each serving. You have me drooling, and I'm going to make this soon. I haven't had it in a long time. Thanks!
LMFAOOOO when she opened that HUGE ass packet of seasoning I was expecting quite a bit to come out but only a tbsp of seasoning came out... What a waste of packaging!! Lmfao I was hoping to see her POUR some shiit out but nothing even came out, it was like a pinch of spices and that's it Hahaha these companies man they waste so much packaging!!
A lot of people sleep on Celery Seed, I use it on a lot of my dishes it's a really good seasoning!👍

They do that so it appears you're getting a shitload of seasoning for the high price.
