Have your customers enter their address in to the USPS address system and it will give them the proper format that all delivers services can use. Sometimes it is the formate that is the issue. I had to do this for one of my friends who couldn't get amazon to deliever to her
A scam? It’s a very widely used app so I have never heard this. If what doesn’t deliver? I can’t send a refund. The problem is the customer can’t get past the shipping phase to even pay. I think I have it resolved but thank you for your feedback!
I'll have it say the address is invalid and when you go to correct it with their suggestion, it's the exact same as how the customer put it in lol

Yes, it is and no I do not have the answer. I wouldnt rule outLogistical issues, Systems or digital hacking.
I’ve actually heard that it’s a large scam and tell them to just not do anything and wait it out and if it doesn’t deliver I would just refund
