The only one they've added since was Eevee, and probably only so you could tell if the Partner Eevee in Let's Go Eevee was female (the game generates your partner pokemon when you start a new save, and the ine of the first things you see is Pikachu or Eevee's tail, and Pikachu already had a tail based gender difference)
Yeah, There’s a ton of really cool flightless birds they could lean into for inspiration for one. Considering it’s one of the few gen 1 pokemon to not get any special forms (besides I s gender difference which barely counts since the neck difference was already a thing, just between evolutions instead of gender) or new signature moves etc. it would make a good candidate for one soon. Maybe a casowary themed fighting and/or dark type form for an Australia region?
It's not all that surprising. Keeping a design consistent and recognizable is an important factor off marketability, that's why gender differences were first introduced as small details. But that fell out of use because it meant keeping those small details consistent across multiple production lines. So starting from generation 6 gender differences were made more drastic and became central aspects of design concept

Genderbent Lanturn deserves should be his own Pokémon. If anything, we’re well overdue for another anglerfish. Maybe give it the Vespiquen/Salazzle treatment.

The female & male shed their antlers in different seasons Males in Fall/winter & females in Summer/spring. Then the most known species of deer, the White tail deer, the female don't grow antlers. If Sawsbuck is based on deer the female shouldn't have antlers & if it's based on Reindeer the female should have them shorter ,but Sawbuck looks more base on a deer. Stanler is the one that looks more like a reindeer.

That picture of the cassowary is not a male and female, that is most likely a male and a juvenile. The only visible sexual dimorphism cassowaries have is size, females are usually much larger than males. Also(like all ratites) it is the male cassowaries that hatch the eggs and raise the chicks, the females just mate, lay the eggs, and bounce. Also also, dodo birds apparently did have sexual dimorphism, the females were apparently much lighter and had shorter beaks.

I made a first form evolution of Doduo and Dodrio, named it Dodu, it's a fluffy happy little one headed Doduo with TINY little itty bitty, happy lil wings that most definitely are so small, they disappear into the feathers when it evolves into Doduo.
The cheek pads are called flanges, and only some males have them. Flanged Males tend to be bigger, more aggressive, and not as quick. Unflanged Males are thinner, less aggressive overall (but still dangerous), and move quickly. The behavioral strategies they use to attract mates are totally different too!
Dangerous is a relative term. I'm pretty sure there has never been a case of a human getting killed by an orangutan, and the very few attacks that have happened were only because the human was heavily agitating the orangutan. And again, the human didn't die. Orangutans are pretty chill, especially compared to chimps or even gorillas.
Orangutans aren’t aggressive even when males fight it’s mostly bluffing and usually the unflanged males have lower rank then flanged males and generally don’t pick fights with the other bigger males until they’re old enough to leave, develop flanges of their own and go find their own territory

So like with Appletun the apple on his head is green but the green portion of his body turns red. Same with dipplin and Hydrapple. Make the bodies that same orange/yellow/golden and make the apple green

hey, if you want nutso gender differences, i got two words for you: Blanket. Octopus. weight ratio of 10000 to 1 female to male. females are 6 ft 7 or so, males are 1 inch long. there aren't any pokemon based on the blanket octopus specifically, but any number of the cephalopod pokemon could be WILD with that thing.
Dodrio could also be partially based on a Kiwi bird or Roadrunner but I guess they don’t have super major gender differences other than size.

They didn’t do the sawsbuck one cause they probably didn’t have budget/didn’t really want to do 8 different forms of them
The problem with sawsbuck (and I assume this is why they didnt make gender differences) is that they would have to make 4 more sprites, 1 for each season

Reindeer of both species typically have horns, and females typically don’t shed their antlers while males do!
i think you just accidentally designed some perfect regional variants, but since they're diversifying the way they revisit older designs.. maybe the whole concept of gender differences itself could do with a revisit
hey, if you want nutso gender differences, i got two words for you: Blanket. Octopus. weight ratio of 10000 to 1 female to male. females are 6 ft 7 or so, males are 1 inch long. there aren't any pokemon based on the blanket octopus specifically, but any number of the cephalopod pokemon could be WILD with that thing.
