- The 2010 grand final was played between the Dragons and the Roosters, two clubs with a rich history and both having a trophy cabinet full of season awards. The Rooster took the lead at halftime 8-6 but a strong Dragons 2nd half saw them run away with the game, thanks to some brilliant attacking footy led by Clive Churchill medal winner Darius Boyd and Jamie Soward, giving the Dragons a 32-8 victory.

My nan who passed away this year was a Dragons supporter she had this game she would watch it a few times and it was the last time she saw them win the prize and sang oh when the saints go marching in when she came over a few days after the game R.I.P nan miss you dearly
