in August this year Al Park gathered a fantastic line up 'Celebratin Bob Dylan', an all Dylan show for his 80th birthday!
we all performed solo numbers and some backed by Adam Hattaway and band (Aj Park, Ryan Fisherman, Elmore Jones).
It was hard to pick which songs to do, but this version that I covered earlier this year felt right for me (along with You Ain't Going Nowhere and I Was Young When I left Home) and feels right to share now as the year closes, gratitude for all the people without whom this life wouldn't be as bright and colorful.
and what fun that was, the vibes were there all night, the spirit of Bob too!
the rest of the show includes Lyttelton and New Zealand legends Adam McGrath (The Eastern), Jess Shanks, Barry Saunders (The Warratahs), Holly Arrowsmith, Marlon Williams, Al Park, Adam Hattaway, Ryan Fisherman and full band with Aj Park and Elmore Jones.
