The Azov paramilitary were authorized by the Ukrainian government to have as many as 12,000 troops and actually have many others nationalitys in their unit, I seriously doubt they have 900 soldiers. Some Azov soldiers were observed by German ZDF television t TVo be wearing swastikas and SS symbols on their uniforms when in battle. Azov first served in recapturing Mariupol from Russia Separatist in June 2014. I think most people in the West doesn't realize what happened to Russian speaking civilians in the Donbass for the past 8 years. In fact some Ukrainian soldiers in the region did desert when they saw what what was going on.
And the Ukrainian Oligarch Kolomoisky who fund the Azov Battalion with support from US/NATO is the same person who funded Zelenskys campaign for President.
I want to tell you that Stepan Andriyovych Bandera was a bandid leader in the 1930,s who destroyed 80 villages in Poland and some in Belarus. He also shot Ukrainians who said they did not like fascist. Since 2014 he has been proclaimed a national hero of Ukraine. This tells you a lot about the mentally of Ukraine leadership and supporters.
The Azov, Kiev regime held the people in Ukraine city from leaving, they are using their own people as shield and weapon, they even shot civilians.

I know somebody who has family who has first hand experience of being stopped from leaving by the Ukrainian Army and Azov Battalion. They were intimidated to stay, food stolen from them, soldiers set up positions in their building, neighbors shot at when they tried to leave for safety. I hope this is an end to the terrible war Ukraine has been waging against the people of the Donbas for the past 8 years. It is important to remember tin 2014 he people voted by referendum for their independence after their birth language was banned. They have been persecuted and their homes shelled for 8 years, but they kept fighting for their freedom.
I worry there are many people trapped inside the city who still don’t have access to food, water, medicines and sanitary shelter. Patrick Lancaster has shown many people stranded in Mariupol and unable to move from their locations, many are elderly stuck inside basements below these bombed apartment buildings. There are many children who don’t have food and water. The stories are harrowing.
