new champion has a shield, double hit, speedup, extra damage from passive alone. Camille has a shield in passive, lucian has a double hit after every ability from passive, many champions have extra damage, and sivir/vayne has spd up in their passives. That basically tells you how overloaded new champions are.
Don’t forget the low cool down disengage/engage, STEALTH.. then can gain a secondary source of bonus move speed, mans regeneration…. And literally resurrects allies. Next champ after Akshan: Quadra auto attack with stacking bonus % dmg, mount a 12 cylinder F-150 with NOS and a guided long range ion particle cannon, global immortality to the entire team, summon 6 Navy SEALS to fight alongside… alright you get it
I'm actually so happy to see Moe has his head straight. He doesn't lose his mind at a fucking video game as he used to and shows excitement when a new champion brings a new challenge for players that usually only care for having their climb easen out... what a positive influence for the community

That's grossly understating it. He's basically 4 champions in one, and has insane broken passives. If they release him as his he's easily going to be perma banned until the inevitable nerf.

He was soooo overtuned in the beginning and ofc pros took advantage of that and so they nerfed him to the ground so much that regular players can't play him. Riot is legit just releasing champions with pro play in mind first. Smh

The design and kit is pretty cool but that revive passive seems very unbalanced

Issue is his kit is so overloaded with numerous abilities and procs which will make him a balancing nightmare, especially in pro play
