Q is faster, with the range extension, although probably has a smaller hitbox. Looks more fluid to use still. W passive, while the resurrection happens at base, combined with teleport or global ulties it's an absolutely bonkers mechanic that sounds more like an ulti. Extra gold is extra gold. Will not compare to a well stacked Draven passive, but Triumph / Collector? Again, not going to be 'only' 5 bonus gold, but rather a significant amount. W active has mana regen instead of hp like on Eve, and tracking availability depends on different condition than hp. E is mechanically like a combination of Camille E, Samira R, and with a reset of your flavour. Where's the lie? Besides I'm not even whining. I get it Riot has to make money, and Akshan sure looks fun to play. What's not fun is it's so OP that it's another 100% ban / pick, and in a game with what, 150 champions, it's a pity how some old releases are just gathering dust. Increasingly so with every Gwen and Akshan. Also you're not supposed to use 'over' with exaggerated, the word already implies that. :p
Gwen shield is as bad as Akshan. Shiphtur played a single game of league yesterday, his first one in 5 months. He tried to Ahri charm Gwen and when chat was explaining to him what the shield blocks he goes "what do you mean, everything?" He played that one game and logged off.
Revive on takedown is the craziest thing I have ever heared. Literally doesn't matter if you trade kills 3 for 3 or 4 for 4 lategame, if this abomination of a champs gets an assist on any of them his team will win every objective

The abilities are broken but then they add random stuff in it to make it even more broken. Mana regen, shields, movement speed, stealth. Like the ability is already good man chill!
Honestly this champion could be really easily fixed. Remove the W entirely (if you want the scoundrel stuff keep the extra gold but discard the rest of the ability). Then you put some stuff of the passive on the w and it is a nice champion. His Q might be a little stronger then Sivir Q but if the initial range or the damage is lower the abilities are on the same power level. His E is a jump that resets on a takedown like trist, so it can be balanced through cdr and damage. His ult has more versatility compared to cait since you can move, but it gets blocked by minions, so it's a fair trade and if not it can be balanced by changing the damage. But the w is just completely game breaking. Reviving teammates in that manner seems like a really bad idea and unlimited stealth is an toxic ability. Invisible champs like eve and twitch aren't fun to play against, so riot shouldn't put more of these mechanics in the game, especially since this champion probably doesn't need it.
