If you enjoyed the video and support what I do, please like and subscribe as I’m trying to reach CZcams’s monetary goal to make these videos more sustainable! I really enjoy making jacket reviews but as of right now it’s not the most conventional as these jackets are so expensive. Thank you again for your support and I hope to see you soon!

    Thanks for the video!
Do you have any thoughts on how this compares to down jackets from Rab?
Can you feel any cold spots where the synthetic insulation is?

Hi, I live in Montreal with outdoor temp can go low to -25 degree centigrade. Do you think this jacket can keep warm with having thick clothes underneath? Thx

Thank you! I feel like small may not accommodate width and medium might be a bit too long since I am also 5’7. This one is a tough one for me.

With a very thin base layer , M size is ok , no more middle weight layers, otherwise it is a little bit tight around the chest.

Medium should be fine. I'm 5-10 but 135, and there is still a bit of room. You prob won't be able to wear a hoodie under, but that isn't what this jacket is for.

I have hoody Thorium 2017 model, and a couple of Cerrium non hood… how the face fabric on the newer models? I have dawn leaking thru on all mine and not too happy about them

The nylon from this years thorium seems to be holding up very well. No signs of leakage, solid nylon, probably one of the highest quality down jackets I’ve ever owned!
