- installing a faster cylinder? You MUST do this before EVERYTHING CRASHES!
Do you have a 25 km/h crankcase or do you have a 45 km/h crankcase .... It's almost mandatory to check this before you install or buy a new cylinder!
The standard 25km/h crankcases are very cleverly limited by Puch to make it harder to boost performance.
Of course we can think of something to get past these obstructions!
In this video you can see what steps you need to take in order to fit a 70cc. Which limitations are attached to the motor and how you can "adjust" them.

Klein Verbesserungen wenn im Steg ein Loch ist. Gewinde schneiden ne Linsenkopfschraube nehmen auf Länge bringen (kürzer schneiden) und dann Loctite 577 nehmen braucht man keine andere Dichtung mehr und der Vorteil vom 577 ist auch noch mittelfest Schrauben Sicherung und kann hohe Temperaturen ab ohne sich aufzulösen.😊😊😊
Ich habe mir auch auf meinem 25kmh motor einen Zylinder aus Holland drauf gemacht, als ich es beim Einbau gemerkt habe habe ich einfach etwas vom Zylinder mit der Pfeile weckgenommen, hat top Funktioniert😂👌Und den Stift beim Ritzel hab ich weck Geflext, das ich ein 15er Ritzel fahren kann, musste es dann aber bei mir wieder mit silikon dicht machen, weil dort ein loch drin war, also Puch hat sich damals Richtig was dabei gedacht🙌

Paniek! Wat nu? Ook opgelost door het gat op te boren. M4 draad er in, boutje met pakking inschroeven en boutje weer mooi gelijk maken met het carter.
De anti-opvoer technieken van vroeger zijn een lachertje vergeleken met wat we tegewoordig allemaal wel niet hebben.
Ook het secundair tandwiel kan verschillen, dan denk je dat je er bentm heb je netjes die pin weggeslepen en afgedicht, en heb je de pin onder het tandwiel weggeslepen en afgedicht, tandwiel van 12 overgezet naar een 16 en dan behaal je nog niet die ''magische 45km/u'' met een originele cilinder, en waarom omdat het het secundaire tandwiel een andere tandmaat heeft en ja dat hebben ze niet allemaal maar ik heb er hier 4 in de kelder liggen die minder dan 108 tanden hebben.. De beste oplossing blijft gewoon om te beginnen met een bromfietsbehuizing

Wir haben 2 versionen, 25kmh und 45kmh. Aber beide haben original 50ccm

@@jdmaxi187better to be specific, as the Dutch lawmakers are as well. 49.9999 does not translate to 50ccm, anything above that guarantees a fine when the "strong arm" gets you... Then it's an unregistered motorcycle, without a licence, insurance, etc. Meanwhile, electric fatbikes have the option to delimit speed by brake sequence (via the ESC circuit), which are unregulated for every age. What a time to be alive.
I saw a magazine article once that poked fun at the German motor vehicle regulations for containing a precise definition of pi. Some of the common rounded values of pi could make a difference to whether your moped is under or over 50cc when the bore diameter is measured.
