You do not get anyone having fun like this in an ICE car which says a lot.
Actually because of traction control, tire wear (while greatly accelerated) is not as bad as a hi performance ICE vehicle without active traction control.

6 of these in different states owned by different people have run 10.7-10.9s in the 1/4mile NOW. Top peak discharge power shared was 457kws or 612+hp for just 54k y'all!👍🏻😀
Anybody who grew up a 60s&70s muscle car fan here, that would have believed even say 5 years ago when an m3p could cost you 75-80k.
That in 2024 you could buy something like this with a warranty that's made right here in America capable of spanking an 80-110k BMW m3 comp for just 54k? Imagine when better lighter more powerful batteries motors and inverters keep improving these. 😁

My Y LR is great and much needed, but this looks so fun!
ICE Performance is irrelevant, especially given the wear and tear on all those moving parts, Ouch, imagine the damage to the transmission alone, then pistons, valves, turbos etc.
After a day at the track they spend 2 days with a mechanic to prepare for another day.
Transmissions are a consumption good for racing. Rally cars get like 2 stages(and it doesnt use clutch just rams it in raw) and f1 dont last long either.
In the 1980’s Nissan Racing (Carlbad, Ca) had to do a complete teardown after Every Race day event, every component had to be benched, re-assembled and re-torqued to prep for its next race, even Nissan decided the cost wasn’t worth it. They had Six race-cars to allow for a quick replacement for blown heads/turbos, thrown pistons, etc. on track days.
VS a sealed electric motor, 1/2 million miles (bulletproof) and direct drive. Spend a couple of hours at a drag strip and watch the Carnage.

It would have to be an "X" Copter, a 200mph machine with FSFQ - "Full Self Flying Quad" .... Initially developed for areas with poor infrastructure... Initially a low volume luxury market "Toy".
My (now sold) BMW M3 and 911 would chew up tires and need fresh ones every 10k miles. This is nothing new when it comes to performance oriented vehicles. Just enjoy the ride and plan for the expense.
