With the country’s independent media increasingly under threat, CZcams has become a key medium to fact-check trending topics. Twenty-nine-year-old Dhruv Rathee has been using the platform to fact-check issues and hold the Indian government to account. He spoke to FRANCE 24's Delano D'Souza.

I don't see him doing any work for our country; instead, what I see is that he is always criticising an particular individual and also always targeting a specific religious group. At least the BJP shows respect for India. It's concerning that Rahul Gandhi disrespects the ancestors of Indian citizens, namely Lord Ram and Krishna. He hasn't even visited the Ram Mandir and has shown disrespect towards Lord Ram in the past. Similarly ,Asaduddin Owaisi also skipped the inauguration of the Ram Mandir and Jawaharlal Nehru skipped inaugration of somnath Temple.
