😮😮😮 she allowed a 6 year old to walk alone to a party? Someone could have snatched him on his way there? She's irresponsible. I am not a mother, but i wouldn't let my child go to a place i didn't want to go myself.

It’s reasonable to Assume that a 6 year old child’s parent would accompany them. Or some one that you trust who is responsible. As a mom she should have at least checked on the wellbeing of her son every so often.
If she is hostile towards you. Do not let your child go to her party.
The plaintiff is dead wrong not taking her son to the little girl's birthday party. In these days and times what parent let's their child walk anywhere by themselves or play outside without parental supervision? That mother should have been there watching her own child!!! I don't think the little girl's mother should be responsible for the little boy's injuries. I am sorry that happened to her son. I hope he's o.k.
This plaintiff is the ONLY one responsible.
I would have made each mother pay 1/2 each.
WHO LETS THEIR SIX YEAR OLD GO ANYWHERE BY THEM SELF & then say the other person provided an unsafe environment , mamn YOU are the unsafe environment. I do not know why his age was not taken into consideration.... she should have not let him go by himself , I feel like the invitation was basically politely saying stay with your kid. Unfortunately the law doesnt see it that way.
