I m having 1005w its worst as i see ...its not working even properly after just 2-3months of purchase....so its does not have
A proper locks , it have plastic locks when someone comes to open it it always broke the small locks

Drum comes with a Life of 50k pages. If it's life is over then u can buy it from service center or .......... Let me confirm in market, u r from which city where u required this.

It's a very bad machine. Don't buy it. After watching your video, I was also able to get the jammed paper by save from the machine. One suggestion, you don't need to take apart the scanner, cables and left side cover, when you open the right cover and turn the big white gear counterclockwise with something blunt, the paper is removed. Do not interfere with the teeth! You can rotate it from somewhere in the middle area.
