It was among my personal qualifiers. I know the song isn't super special, but I loved the staging with the golden colours, and the song has such a lovely, warm and carefree vibes. Hera did great!

This is severely underrated! :( Hera's voice is so clear and warm, and the song very cheerful! Yes, it might be "outdated" but it remains a happy and pleasuring to the ears song without too much fuss. I wish she enjoyed herself to the full and not be disappointed with a potential failure to qualify!

This woman is a true NORTH STAR! It was a flawless performance. She definitely had to make it to the final It would have been nice to at least see him in the final instead of Finland. Unfortunately, we are now witnessing a changing style of music in Eurovision.

Not that i liked the song from Iceland but you are totally right. Many voters in recent years do tend to choose the "circus type acts" instead of really appreciating music value. They do it for the fun of it, not exactly to reflect musical tastes that they don't have.

No, It sounds identical
same vocal hook! The verses are vastly different tho! Demi's song sounds a lot like The Way by Ariana Grande & Mac Miller in the verses. Mainly because of the piano tho.

Big fan of Demi here and also from Iceland. Parts of the chorus is similar but it certainly isn't the exact same. Many songs sound similar because - newsflash - there are a LOT of them and there are only so many chords. Really sick of people saying a song sounds EXACTLY like another song when some parts just sound similar.

It's quite vintage in it's sound. That's not a bad thing in ANY way, but this year seemed to be all about crazy visuals and beats that went so hard, your ears hurt. By comparison, this was rather gentle.
