Bat Dad slowly gets up on the railing and slowly spreads his
wings, ready to pounce on Randy below.

Bat dad jumps down, but just clumsily falls like Cartman did

It doesn't matter if his hallucinations of everyone cheering for him to get up weren't real.
His own mind was cheering for him, he was telling himself to get back up.
The way his stance suddenly changes to a professional's stance, the way he regains his balance.
That is his sheer willpower at that moment, as he is literally hyping himself up by singing.
He started this fight, and he is damn well going to be the one to finish it.
It’s a spoof on Rocky V, Rocky says the exact same thing after he’s been beaten to a bloody pulp but then gets up and says “I didn’t hear no bell”
