No, they are all Icelandic towns. But every one except Reykjavik is really small. Half the population of Iceland live in Reykjavik.
The irony of it is that the distance between the volcano and all the towns is pretty close to 150km, so its kind of a tie. Its pretty much impossible to answer the question correctly. Because it depends on if you measure the outskirts or the center of the cities, or the road or the direct distance.

The difficulty of that question is epic. Not only have nobody outside of Iceland heard of any of the towns a part from Reykjavik, the two closest is pretty much exactly the same distance from the volcan, and non of they them are really even close. None of them are even on the right side of the island.
Also, they spellt the cities all wrong. It should be.

It's actually a mean question in the end, as Reykjavik, Kopavogur are Hafnarfjörður all right next to each other, and pretty much the same distance from the volcano. Fjarðabyggð is further away. And the letter ð is actually a kind of d, not o. Still absolutely love it, Kenan really rules with the eyes
