Quick question here. Unrelated to German Empire, but what is up with having 210 phases? I know i use it too, but I don't exactly get why having 210 phases is really that necessary, or how it makes any sense. Take Somalia for example, if it is phase 22 uncanny, and some other place is something like 174 uncanny, then how does that work? Is Somalia just not that bad anymore because 22 in comparison to 174 is nothing? And what would it even be like to live in a place that is "132 uncanny", would it be absolutely hellish since 22 is considered horrible? (Sorry for bad english)
@@yureos 22 would be very bad living conditions. 172 would be bad living conditions with the addition of widespread terrible suffering of war, famine etc. Central African Republic is the country that has the most of this (along with Palestine), but the actual impact is much SMALLER than, say, Japan during WW2 had.
