I understand why as a tourist you would visit Bali, but if you have longer than a week or two i would suggest that Indonesia has so much more to offer than just Bali. I say this as Westerner living here for years. I liked Bali but massively over commercialised. Indonesian people are genuinely friendly and very helpful.
The only channel that got me wanting to visit Bali!

I went to Sekumpul waterfall & it’s so beautiful it’s like a scene from Jurassic Park. I went on a 17 day trip to Bali with my now husband & that’s where he proposed to me 🥰

But, please watch out where as a tourist on bali you get your Arak. Arak's difficult to make and an incorrectly made Arak could contain Methanol and is highly poisonous. A documentary here showed a good few tourists died off of methanol poisoning. Stay away from locally made Arak as much as you can.

Is Ubud overcrowded now? I lived there for a year during COVID, but then left when tourists started coming it. I miss tranquility and nature there, but I'm not sure that it's as chill as it was due to the amount of people
Lived afterward in Dubai, Phangan, Samui, Tokyo, and now am in Okinawa
I’ve been to Bali and it was hell on earth. I will never go back or recommend anyone to visit that place.
What made it hell on earth?
@@infiniteimpulsion80 it’s such a dirty country, takes +3 hours to drive 14km. Every attraction there are homeless people begging for money even though you already paid to get in. There are some bugs in the waters that’s biting you when swimming. Animal abuse.
Some restaurants were def great, and my hotel was amazing. But that’s about it.
@@mikaela9240well, Bali also didn't need tourists like you, who didn't respect the tradition n cultural thing which makes Bali so special in the eyes millions tourist come to Bali each year... And I'm very glad that you never come back and hopefully go somewhere else that probably find the real hell on earth....

All good, amazing video, storytelling, locations, etc. I have only one remark , and that is I think your LUT doesn't do it justice. The colors are very unnatural and it's kind of jarring. It takes away from the experience. Just a friendly feedback.
