Discipline vs Results in the Gym | Your Fitness Journey

  • Not to discredit discipline but simply showing up to the gym or working towards your fitness health journey isn’t enough if you’re just showing up to show up. Results is how we ultimately measure progression. If you’re showing up but not making or seeing any drastic results then are you just wasting time or being inefficient with your exercises? Results will require you to do things differently and you should constantly be reevaluating what you’re doing and adjusting accordingly until you see the results that you want otherwise you’re just going in loops and doing the same thing expecting different results is the definition of insanity. Ask yourself… are you insane?
