Blessings brother! I would say definitely look into doing fasted cardio early in the AM, focus on caloric intake & take it one day at a time in the gym don’t overwhelm yourself in the beginning focusing on too much just start making the healthy eating habits and building the routine progressively. You got this man!

I adopted John “MountainDog” Meadows doctrine of doing thirty rep sets on ALL three deltoid heads. Not only that, but also using his “High Intensity Techniques” of partials even after sheer exhaustion. That can take you to 60+ reps on your final set for each deltoid head. Then there’s doing your lateral raises in the ‘scapular plane’ with your shoulders almost completely internally rotated. This hits SIGNIFICANTLY harder than traditional lateral OR front raises. 👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻I learned that from Ryan Humiston. His video about this and EVERYTHING from MountainDog is worth your time. Then for your rear delt I find sitting sideways on the pec deck/rear delt flyes machine is absolutely INCREDIBLE! So you’ll move the arms as far back as they can go then sitting sideways you’ll reach across your body which puts a DEEEP stretch on your rear delt. A maximally stretched muscle = a far greater stimulus for growth. Obviously, this must be performed unilaterally or just one side at a time. Okay, so we’ve determined that EVERY set should be a MINIMUM of 25-30 per delt head. We now know we should perform partials @ maximum stretch to extend the last set for each respective delt head. We’ve covered the best exercise for both the rear/posterior and medial/side/lateral delts, but what about anterior? Take a long resistance band and wrap it around a pole or the bottom of a dumbbell rack and grab one side with each hand. Now lean forward as far as possible to put your anterior/front delts in a maximally stretched position. Maintain a supine hand position with a SLIGHT bend of the elbows and start uppercuttin’ bilaterally with both hands movin’ in unison. Utilize FULL R.O.M. on this; maximum stretch to maximum peak contraction. The exception being your partials on the last set. These are done from a maximally stretched position and NOT from peak contraction. Lastly, don’t forget that the secondary function of the posterior deltoids is EXTERNAL ROTATION! So even though you’re effin’ SMOKED by now, do two sets of John Meadows “Spider Crawls” to UTTER.FAILURE!!! You want to heavily externally rotate the whole time you do them. You’re literally not allowed to break external rotation. You can do this twice a week IF you’re recovered. Add in John Meadows intraworkout that he recommends if you really wanna go next level with your recovery.
*Also worth noting* You should be using a weight/resistance on all three delt heads that absolutely LIGHTS ‘em on fire by rep FIFTEEN!! So that means that the remaining ten to fifteen reps should be agony; really teaching you how to increase your pain tolerance. If you want to make the Ryan Humiston Lateral Raises nastier, the Unilateral Stretched Rear Delt Pulls, AND the resistance band front raises that much nastier then you can add Fat Grips to all the implements. I forget the name of the science, but by violently squeezing the object and if it’s a larger diameter then you’ll get an even DEEPER contraction and growth in each respective deltoid head. This is yet ANOTHER tidbit that I learned from Mountain Dog. God rest his soul. 🙏🙏 I typed you a novel, because I’m extremely confident about the efficacy of my advices. Why? Because it’s worked on me, my wife and 100% of my training clients. Why else? Because I learned this stuff from great guys smarter than me: John Meadows, Ryan Humiston, and the rear delt thing I got from Jeff Nippard.
Holy sh*t! This is gold 🥇! Definitely advanced level stuff but I have no doubt all these key points taken into consideration will tremendously add up in the long run. Love watching Jeff Nippard. Mountain dog is a legend 🙏. Most def going to be looking deeper into their science based training and videos. Really appreciate the advice and novel haha will be implementing to my shoulder routine. Thank you 🤙💪!
@@TheLastCloser if you want them to seriously blow up fast then implement this stuff IMMEDIATELY. And you’re correct about it being quite advance, but damn… it works so incredibly well. Just don’t forget to not neglect your anterior deltoids. It’s easy to justify not isolating them due to their excessive use in all chest movements and if you’re military pressing, but they’ll NEVER get fully stretched and grow maximally ‘til you isolate them; putting them in an extremely stretched position as illustrated from my posts last night. Also: **ALWAYS** start with rear delts first. They’re by far the most neglected of the three heads. I love starting AND ending with rear delts. Just emphasizing a different function/action at the end of the workout.

I did more side and especially rear delt work doing higher weight and lower reps than normal, focus on time under tension/better quality reps. it also helps to prioritize them in the beginning of a workout to have the best quality sets. looking buff big dawg keep at it👍💪
This 🙌! I can’t stress enough how important rear delts are too I feel like a lot of people neglect them because they can be hard to target or feel the burn but they make a big difference in roundness development. Appreciate it my guy working on it 💪

Currently don’t have a fixed weekly diet just maintaining atm but primarily eating whole foods and I ensure that I hit my daily protein intake which is 230 grams of protein

Bit of advice - you want to shape your muscles and burn all the fat that covers the visible contraction of your muscle groups, restricted movement creates a targeted contraction, resulting in fat burn for energy (unless you have diabetes) while also building muscle.
Cold showers and fruit to provide natural, pound for pound strength
You can’t spot reduce or target certain areas to reduce fat but yes any physical activity and being in a caloric deficit will burn fat
