Hi dear try to get a medical check up to see if you have any underlying health issues causing halitosis. Also, go to the dentist for a full check up and get any holes filled and any decaying teeth removed/treated.

at home I wear a simple body spray just for freshness, when I am out I wear perfume. Thank you for the video, finally someone who focuses on dental health
I use a body spray called white musk fantasy, I have gotten nothing but compliments wearing it. It's such a soft, clean, fresh scent and it really compliments my body chemistry. Others have worn it and told me it smells nice but they think it smells the best on me. This sweet elderly lady at my job admitted that she thinks I smell so nice that she sometimes finds reasons to stand close to me.

Water flossers are my new favorite. It's easier to floss and feels refreshing prior to brushing.

Suave may contain aluminum which causes Alzheimer’s, perfume are toxic but alternatives are essential oils and you can mix and match to your liking.
Also linked to cancer. Native is so good
Agree- only organic deodorant!!!
I don't use deodorant... Just buy vinegar and right before you shower, douse a cotton ball with vinegar and hold it under your armpits for at least 10 minutes. You'll smell fresh for the rest of the day (the vinegar kills the bacteria that creates armpit odor). If you perspire however, then you can probably mix cornstarch and coconut oil, but I don't really perspire, so vinegar is more than sufficient.

I don't know why but that Chanel perfume does not do it for me. I am more into fresh scents, like fresh laundry with a mixed sweet like scent.
My little tip to throw in here is that the best soap to use is an Unscented Bar soap (I use safeguard, its really good) and Also exfoliating gloves are great especially to prevent deodorant build up.

I love perfume oils that match the perfume. I am more of a layer.
The toothbrush is sending me 😂 but if you want a cheat code to flossing, water flossing is amazing and much less painless

Is there any fragrance for women around which smells a lot like mint? I noticed once after splashing myself liberally with mint mouthwash after a bath just before going out I got more attention from everyone. Except that it ended up making me feel a bit uncomfortable because it was stinging to my skin for awhile. Another thing. Because I had to go through getting root canals on my 2 front teeth to be capped as well so long ago after going through a very rough time now the too dark porcelein root part of the caps show whenever I laugh or smile broadly. Since the porcelein caps are sound it would be only for cosmetic reasons if getting them replaced. Something I cannot afford to do while being told by one of the other grandparents whom I am not biological related to that I need to take more responsible for a couple of grandchildren too now while that adult daughter in law of hers is ill and needs my help too. Her father for 15 years any which way he thought he could get away with tried to cut me entirely out of her and her brother's life. Maybe brushing my tongue every time I brush my teeth would help while having to take an inhaler daily for a lung condition and eating sugarless breath mints would help too.

you had me until your makeup remover went to your dermis. What did you do to your poor skin to have it go to the dermis? Please double check this for future videos - there are limited topical products that should go to your dermis without help

Listen to your dentist’s advice. Soak your toothbrush in peroxide. Listen to you ObGyn’s advice. She should only say what she does and not give advice and recommendations She should actually demonstrate instead of just instructing. Too elegant to let you see her “real”. Sponges hold bacteria. Use peroxide on them. Body chemistry determines the smell you get from fragrances.

Nutrogena for Sensitive skin , then I would add on the bottle of the Nutrogena cream a few drops of Essential oils which includes Tomanu Oil which removes age spots in it’s early formation , then a few drops of Lavender oil for Sunburn protection, then a few drops of Tea tree oil for the prevention of acne / pimples , then a few drops of Frankincense oil for the new forming wrinkles and or preventing them from forming then lastly one tsp. of Vegetable Glycerin for the smooth effect and also in using a small fraction of the required amount daily.
