In the past, I always thought these receivers to be not much more than a novelty type of thing until I actually held one in my hands(The Jack). I was immediately blown away by the detailed and precise machine work and finish. I immediately threw down the $ with no hesitation. I have owned and built for others some pretty high end rifles and I would put the craftsmanship of these guys on par or above anything on the market. This is not a paid endorsement by any means, I just want to assuage any doubts some of you might have regarding purchasing a receiver from this company. My advice: Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

When I purchased my livewire 2 weeks ago for my new build I was under the impression that it was billet and was pleasantly pleased finding out that it is in fact forged!!!
You definitely have some awesome options! A dragon would be awesome, but I love your other innovation! I bought the original model black XL/X grip module for the P365 and was happy with it for the most part. Just got the VZ Operator 2 grips and now I absolutely am in love with the design and ergonomics. Stay awesome! I will be posting a video of my complete build, however I did upload a short video of the modules with the original wood grips.
Did y’all used to make a Sharps lower out of St. Louis MO ? I have like 10 of them and love em. Just wondering if y’all moved and restarted the company
I have 2, the jack and showdown that are built/complete and currently getting some color added. Jack is done and showdown is getting ready to be done. You he jack is 5.56 and showdown I did. in 6.5 grendal. Now I guess I need to do the other 3 to complete the set and hang with some of my collection on my bedroom wall. Excellent craftsmanship and design. 💯
I always saw the jack as the 6.5 Grendel as Grendel was the monster from Beowulf. 🤷♂ I am doing mine the other way around, but it is cool how different people see things! 👍👍
i was so close to buying the jack lower and the same day i was going to order these came out now i am waiting for a bunch of places to get them back in stock lol sold out! yall finished it off with a bang on this one my favorite yet because samurai has a personal meaning to me...lets just say i have had a lot of dreams that include samurais for some weird reason lol
that for lack of better words is wicked!!! I would however like to see something in the lines of mechanical/robotic looking like gears or hydraulic pistons something like that with a stealthy vibe, it is too bad you are not doing no more designs what you have done with AR lowers is amazing and magical to tear away from the everyday looking AR platforms now all you have to do is figure out how to match the uppers an the handguard with a similar theme now that would be cool as hell
who else out there will do custom designed lowers with awesome detail besides the Amazing Sharps Bro's. I just wish I could afford one. it would be a privilege and an Honor to have any one of your lowers. they are just too expensive for the likes of me. maybe I will get lucky and find a genie in a bottle, and it will grant me a wish, of course it would be to own a Sharp Bro's Lower of my choice..
I have a livewire and a jack. The livewire fits decent to my daniel defense upper. The jack is a very sloppy fit. I’ve tried sharps brothers uppers with it and many other uppers and it wobbles really bad. I don’t know if I got a defect. So now it’s just collecting dust.
I know this is a year old but someone needs to read it You can easily fix play between an upper and a lower yourself for penny’s You could even use fucking pennies You could an ear plug, cigarette butts, loctite, duct tapes, shims etc You’re supposed to identify the perceived problem and fix it.
Got my warthog receiver the other day…. The bolt catch roll pin is already set in the receiver…. How can I get that out neatly (to install the bolt catch) so I don’t ruin the finish on the receiver?
Is it a roll pin or an socket head(Allen head)screw? My Jack came with a stainless steel screw already installed and also included the proper Allen wrench with which to remove and replace said screw. If it is indeed a screw, it should break free and turn out counterclockwise.
