You can compare another slow speaker I know of, someone who is intelligent and a deep thinker by the name of Dr. Marc Faber, who just naturally speaks slower because of being a reflective thinker. You'll immediately notice the difference.

From following him for some years the guy is not the sharpest tool in the shed, but it's not due to food like this pseduoscientist making the video claims. It's just genetics, like his height. Height is 80% genetic which is very well documented. His son is not going to be as tall him because he married a m1dget, not because of "his diet affecting his genes" or something based entirely on conjecture. I´ve been to the museum in Reykjavik. The icelanders ate fish and meat in great amounts. They used dried fish as bread is used today.

The older I get the more I realize how much my natural senses were and are still in tact. As a kid I hated rice and veggies. Then I got brainwashed i to eating all that garbage but still, I always kept it on the lower side and primarly always ate and craved animal foods. I mostly also grew up in serbia where my grandma fed me goats milk, liver and only eggs from our own farmed animals. Let me tell you... those eggs taste like liquid gold and the liver also. Im so grateful for her because my brainwashed mother just tried destroying my gut. At least grannie always had my best interest. Shoutout to her

Yup, and it's even WAY WORSE than regular fibers. I mean because it's a dry version of it. I've heard numerous stories of people who've landed in the hospital from eating popcorn because of the shell literally slicing through their gut, causing bleeding. It usually happens if someone has an excess amount or a bad condition in their gut to begin with, but it's one of the most damaging foods to the gut lining and contributing to leaky bowel syndrome.

Skyr is a type of yogurt, I haven't eaten it but it's available in stores here. Also wild blueberries are easily available year round in Scandinavia frozen, probably in Iceland too. And you can gather a ton of them, like whole buckets in a few days during the summer you can freeze then if you want to.

Pasteurized milk is still pretty beneficial, sure vitamin D, B2, B12 & folate gets destroyed but you will still get tons of minerals, healthy fats and proteins, and a decent amount of certain vitamins.
Sure raw milk is much better, but I buy the next best thing which is still great (Non-homogenized, Non- standardized, low pasteurized organic full fat milk (4%).

@lum967I think pasteurised milk is alot better than water, as long as you buy organic. The carcinogens aren’t as harmful as chemicals found in tap water, Plus the percentage of Aflatoxins in milk is alot lower than something like a cooked steak.

Wow, I'm 38 and he really do look like 45-50 so sad! I used to work out a lot, but my body got too stressed out. Now I just work out 2 days per week, just because it makes me less tired and I feel better physically and mentally. I don't work out super hard, it's because I have a job sitting all day so I need it. Walks and light weight training
My grandmather is 84 years old, and still strong. All she is been doing eating sleeping since young age. And never done activities that she didn't enjoy. Basically when you forcing yourself to do things you age faster.Of course meat also helps to stay younger.

Gatis, do you have an opinion on tobacco, or tobaccoproducts? I think it's somewhat medicinal, but only if it's real tobacco that is not laced with poison. And snus is healthier than cigarettes, but cigarettes in moderation I believe can be beneficial, ie 1 cigarette a week. This is assuming the tobacco used for those cigarettes is organic.

Not to justify cold plunges, but in Russia and other East Slavic countries some people have been doing them for religious reason for a while now (since about the 16th century). Although, almost nobody there actually believes they're that good for your health.
