To wear a little piece of cloth on my face , when it can save the life of another, is indeed showing the principle of love of God. I do not understand how a Christian could think this was taking their liberty away.
If we don't use our freedom to defend our freedoms, we will lose our FREEDOM!!! Do you not see that this administration is speaking as a lamb with a dragons voice? DECEPTION. In March of 2020, we were told to shutdown for two weeks to FLATTEN the CURVE. After that two more weeks. When those in control saw how easy the American people COMPLIED LIKE SHEEP, they flexed their muscles and said, we are SHUTTING down until further notice. With all the masking, distancing, and safety protocols, MORE people died in 2021 than in 2020. As for me, there is but one Sabbath. The 7th day or should I say the 7,000th year. That is the last day of the Holy Week, a day being as a thousand years. We shall be with Christ at that time. Then we shall rest on that Holy Sabbath.
I've wondered this especially since muslims are the only ones in control of the temple mount, i.e., "When you see the desolating abomination spoken of through Daniel the prophet standing in the holy place (let the reader understand), then those in Judea must flee to the mountains,"
The last days deception is the same as with the early church. The Jewish religious people tried to inject the keeping of the law into the gospel of grace. The apostle Paul had to write many epistles to the churches to refrute such heresy. Yet still today the SDA church are still seeking to do the same.
Something fascinating about the new covenant … Hebrews 8:10 “For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” God wants to write His law on our hearts.
We are saved by grace. No one has ever been saved by their works. God has only and always had one way to save mankind "the everlasting gospel" Do we still have sin in the world today? How does the Bible define sin? It says sin is lawlessness, breaking God's law. 1 John 3:4 It's clear from the Bible, Matthew 1:21 that Jesus came to save us from sin and he intends to, with our cooperation remove sin from our lives. He intends to give us victory over every sin that besets us. He will not leave us in the same mess He found us in. It's unbiblical to think God saves us and then leaves us to stay in bondage to sin. So if I know that stealing is a sin and I refuse to stop where does that leave me? In rebellion. Rev. 3:5 is clear, "He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life…" A true saving relationship with Christ leads to a life of obedience to His commands and that includes His Ten Commandments. This is evidence of walking with Christ, not something we do to earn salvation. The Sabbath is a gift of resting in Christ, and the Bible gives us abundant evidence to pinpoint that day. The Scripture is also clear, there is another power that has attempted to change that day of rest and it will lead to a final choice for mankind in the end. Worship God according to His Commandments or Worship the beast on the day he has chosen.

There are hundreds of churches for us to choose from. How can we know which one to attend? Each church says something different and people are confused.
It's tough. I studied virtually every denomination. I find SDA to be the most Bible based. And after attending services in multiple churches, I was impressed by the depth of knowledge of the average church goer.....

If they speak not according to his word there is no truth in them. How many churches you have attended are preaching the second coming how many are preaching revelation how many are talking of getting our lives in order. Sadly most churches preach everything but. we are living in the end times of our earth the signs tell us. If you go on a trip don't you prepare for it in advance. Some prepare months in advance learning about the languages the climate the people so they are prepared. If you are wanting to go to heaven when he returns won't you want to know what to do to be prepared. Read your Bible and attend a local seventh day adventist church. Don't look at all the members because we aren't perfect look to the message look to Jesus and pray for guidance because it's important to remember Jesus wants you to live with him for all eternity and he died to pay for your ticket. Having the ticket means nothing if you aren't prepared fully for the trip.

Wonderful teaching. But, I don't understand the Old Covenant Sabbath Day. The Apostles and New Covenant churches gathered on Sunday, the first day of the week, as Christians have ceased their own works, then needing to rest, but we rest in the work on the Cross by Jesus, Who is our 7 days a week Sabbath rest.

The final conflict in Revelation comes down to worship, worship the beast and his image, or “worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.” Rev.14:7. Sorry. As Christians we already know government or authority will attempt to force many things, including worship. The focus of the Christian however is spelled out in the Bible. "Keep your mind on things above, not on worldly things." Colossians 3:2 "Fix your thoughts on Jesus" Heb 3:1. Ecclesiastes 12:13 says "Fear God and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man." And finally in Matthew we find, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and first commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the law and prophets" Remember, our battle is not against earthly powers so your advice to fight mandates does not hold up in view of scripture.

But when we start to get embroiled in politics we are not focused on above. There are examples all around us. Those that spend their time getting caught up in "resisting" and trying to put a moral spin on it serve themselves, not God. Body + Breath of life = living being
Genesis 3:19 In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread Till you return to the ground, For out of it you were taken; For dust you are, And to dust you shall return.”
The body returns to the dust, there is no spirit man.
Even though a believer sleeps in death until the resurrection the next conscious thought they have is the resurrection and being present with the Lord.
1 Corinthians 15:51-54 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed- 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”
