Rinpoche! First thought, Right Thought, Right Action. Brian May, guitarist for the very famous band Queen is now an astrophysicist. Should he have instead, become a plumber? Is it not the right intent of a Bodivattva to discover within themselves how best they might reduce suffering ?

I do not agree in one point. It isn’t The same thing to listen to Mozart or to Heavy metal !

He is not talk about the content of the music, he is talk about personal choices. You could do whatever you want to do. But be gentle, kindness. At this point, is no difference between Mozart or heaven metal.

The metal community is one of the kindest you will find.

Mozart wrote a song called "Leck mich im Arsch" which is VERY obscene and vulgar when you translate the song title out of German. Thats not very Buddhist of Mozart.
On the other hand Heavy Metal lyrics often deals with Death, suffering and pain, all topics that are very prevalent in Buddhism, and relate to Samsara. In fact the Buddhist Vajrayana Chød practice is very violent and bloody, inviting demons and wrathful deities to eat the practitioners blood and flesh, in many different ways. The content of Chød is very Metal.
And although I am not personally a Heavy Metal fan, my continued experience of the Heavy Metal fan community is one of Kindness, love and support, as DJKR encourages all people to do in this video.
So ultimately, Mozart's music is sexual and vulgar, whereas Heavy Metal deals with the same themes as Chød, Bardo practice and themes from Tibetan Book of The Dead. And Heavy Metal listeners engage in extreme compassion, kindness, and support.
so in that way ,you are right, listening to Heavy Metal is not the same thing as listening to Mozart: Listening to Heavy Metal is more Buddhist and compassionate than listening to Mozart
