Brilliantly articulated & explained. I have a DJI mini 3 Pro. The first thing I did after purchasing the drone was getting it registered on Digitalsky platform. It was an easy process. This is my first off the self commercial drone. Though, I have prior experience with drone & RC Aircraft construction. Both the FPV & autonomous drones. But I still love such informative videos coming out of India. Thanks.

loved your video! i have a question! im planning to buy dji avata 2, does dji avata 2 falls in nano catogary and if not then should i have to apply for license? im using for my content creation and not for any commercial use.
DJI Avata 2 is not a Nano category drone. Now if you consider your content creation as a commercial work, then only you need to get a licence otherwise you don't need it.

What are written down regulations for Red Zone?
How to obtain these clearances for commercial use?
Drone Rules just mention that permission from Central government is required for flying in Red Zone. Noting more is written. So you may ask the governing agency due to which red zone has been declared (you have to guess), like Military Area, Oil and Gas Installation any other sensitive industry or government office etc. You may have to approach them for seeking the permission.
Which online platform is good to get dji mini pro? Will we get gst bill?
Honestly, I don't have any experience of buying the drone online. But you can explore Amazon and Flipkart.

sir. yellow zone m fly karna ho drone for CZcams shoot like in Delhi toh permission kese ley sktey hai. or charges bhi btana... sath m archaeological sites like Qutub Minar complex, red fort area ka shoot lena ho toh kesey krey plss guide.
As per Drone Rules, Yellow Zone me fly karne ke liye local Air Traffic Controller se permission lagti hai, but Delhi mostly Red Zone me hoga kyuki yaha 2 airports hain, cantt. Area hai, PM/President residence hain etc etc. Mere khyal se Delhi me legally drone fly karna next to impossible hai...
Baaki kisi jagah, other than yellow/red zone per agar koi drone udane ke charges leta hai toh wo locally depend karta hai, wo toh waha ja kar hi pata chalega...
dji movic mini 4 pro drone ordered to be couriered from australia what permission should be taken in india?
Importing drones is not allowed. I cannot say what will happen. Will they let you take it after paying customs duty or will they confiscate it? Can't say.

Pehle toh ye check karlo ki Mavic Pro 3 Digital Sky website per type certified ki list me hai ya nahi. agar hai toh drone registration ho jayega. registration ho jayega toh koi issue nahi hai.
Drone ka bill lena taki ITR me expense dikha pao.

Thank you for your appreciation. I have taken bills from offline stores but you'll have to pay the GST. There are many places to get the Drone insurance. Just search Drone Insurance on Google. Tropogo is one among many others.
sir mera ghar west bengal me ek rural area me hai udhar naa koi militry area hai,naa koi office wagera hai lekin udhar bohot bada area red zone mark kiyaa huaa hai. udhar kyaa drone nahi udaa sakte aur agar koi aur upaay hai to bataiye
Ho sakta hai aapka village international border se 5 km ke dayre me aata ho, isliye Red Zone marked ho. Unfortunately, Red zone me toh drone nahi uda sakte. Aap apne nazdiki green zone me hi ja kar drone udaye.

Agar koi micro category ka drone hai aur youtube vedios banata hai tou us k liye licence ki need hai .aur india main offline kaha se le sakte hain .
CZcams ke liye micro drones ke liye bhi license chahiye hota hai. legally dekha jaaye to.
Depend karta hai ki YT ko business bana rakha hai ya nahi. Agar YT se income aati ho, tax bharte Ho, toh YT bhi business hai...us case me licence lena chahiye, otherwise toh bina licence ke Ok hai.
Offline stores hain Delhi / Mumbai me, aur bhi Kai jagah honge, Google per search kar lo ek baar...

Around 35-40k, but it varies too much with Institutes. Maine Gurgaon me Droneverse Aviation se kiya tha

What Happens if we fly above someone's house?
No rule for it now. But think if someone flies above your house. You will complain if you find anything suspicious.

The site is quite buggy. But unfortunately we have to deal with it. Please check out my post on YT about it. Also there is dedicated video on Drone registration. Please see if you are doing everything right.

10. I have a self assembled Drone. How can I obtain the UIN for that?
For self assembled drones with all up weight not exceeding 25 Kg, organisations can now apply for UIN under ‘Model’ subcategory, subject to compliance with Drone Rules, 2021. This does not need a Type Certificate or a DAN.

If I'm using my drone in Italy 3 to 4 months and now i want to come to India can i bring my drone to India
Yes you can. If your drone was registered before these 3-4 months and you were in India then, then you can show them that you got the drone in India only and you are not importing.
But I bought this from Italy and using it, I can register drone after coming to India or I need to register drone before coming to India and my drone in used condition

Btw, which drone do you own? Also, how much does it cost in Italy?
