    What if customs officer take me for questioning?? What should i tell him?? Like should i tell him that i bought it from india and took to singapore or anything else. I’ll be visiting Singapore this month and decided to get a DJI mini 3.

    • @piyushandsweety
      @piyushandsweety  Před 3 měsíci

      I don't think you will get mini 3 as DJI official store keeps the latest drone in their stock . Contact and confirm before you go from India. Back to your question of custom - This a very worst case but you should be confident that it's your personal drone and you have carried it from India to Singapore,now taking back to India . Buy a drone bag from India and bring a drone in it that ( check description for the link) like I said in video take some stickers and apply on drone and write some on it so it looks personal .

Also i have a last question, can they ask for a bill for confirmation??

    • @piyushandsweety
      @piyushandsweety  Před 3 měsíci

      @@BESTONES14 bro they can ask anything , take photo of your bill and save it in gdrive and throw the bill and tell them "sir yeh to purana ha eska bill to nahi ha sir " and remember to carry only legit things like if you are carrying foreign current you should have a GST bill kind of. Don't take video of singapore as most of the places are no fly zone .if possible take Indian footage so it looks like you like it for a long time.

      If you are a resident of dubai and coming to India and so basically you are travelling to India for vacation with a drone . So just chill and take it with you because it's your personal drone . If you are taking a packed drone then you have to pay import duty to the customs and declare it also.

    Your video covers how you can take your drone in flights rather is it actually permitted to bring in India or not.
    Not sure if you are aware of other some regulations but what I could find on internet including Indian civil aviation authority is that you can’t bring your personal or new drone to India legally.
    It’s permitted only for government use I believe.
    Will be looking forward for your reply as I will be flying in couple of months and looking forward to bring my drone.

    • @piyushandsweety
      @piyushandsweety  Před měsícem +1

      Did you check for the nano category (249gm) ? well there is a lot of confusion about this that's why I have mentioned in my video that imports are banned but if you already have a drone 249gm it may be allowed even without a license but all drones must have registration if you are caught flying without registration they can seize it. If India had banned carrying drone 249gm with you then flight will automatically ban it. Get drone insurance also people are not aware of this and if any mishappening happens with others .

    • @piyushandsweety
      @piyushandsweety  Před měsícem +1

      @lifewithoutspices Před měsícem

      Thankyou for your reply!
      I think what I understand from civil aviation me being an indian citizen i can still fly, and also considering its a nano category drone there’s no requirement for me to register.
      Surely will try emailing CAA, perhaps if you have email which i can use

      @lifewithoutspices Před 8 dny

      @@AnmolAgrawal-sc5ll yes, but did not receive any reply. Also, did more research around this topic. You can take your drone but you will have to declare it to customs to do it legally, however if you want to take it with risk you can do like what he mentioned in his video. Checking with airlines is just for whether they allow drone on their flights or not, they won't comment anything regarding Indian customs.
      There's still confusion around this topic and what i feel is people are sharing their experiences how did they got their drone back and there's no right or wrong if you managed to get you drone to India.
