Let’s first all agree that Kyler was the worst boyfriend.
But between Miguel and Robby, both boys obviously have their pros and cons, but I choose Miguel over Robby for one reason only: in the S2 final fight when Miguel is fighting Robby and Sam is fighting Tory, Miguel hears Sam cry out in distress and he goes to help her, while Robby is so blinded by his rage towards Miguel that he continues to try to fight him instead of going to Sam’s aid (I don’t think Robby even heard Sam). Despite Miguel’s hatred towards Robby, he would rather go to Sam instead of continue to fight.

I’m team Miguel, here is why: The 1st time Miguel and Sam locked eyes at school was precious. You could tell their was chemistry there. Then when he attacked Kyle for being an idiot towards Sam, the way she was mesmerised by Miguel was priceless. Even the way they smile at eachother, you can tell they’re meant to be. When he listed the characteristics about Sam, it was beautiful. I feel like they both make eachother happy and that’s what matters. Even when Sam was with Robby she was jealous, you could see it in her eyes. They still felt for each other. Anyways, team Miguel! 💛

I rooted for Miguel since the first time he appeared on Cobra Kai. Also, Robby learned Miyagi-Do, which he learned was for self-defence. And I’m not karate expert, but kicking Miguel off a balcony doesn’t seem like defence to me, especially after he showed mercy when he had the chance to break Robby’s arm.

Supporting Miguel is such an elitist move, because Miguel is elite. He never had to eat a cold meal or an expired meal all his life. I will always be Team Robby. Robby gives me the Anakin Skywalker vibe. No one truly trusted or respected Anakin, pushing him towards Palpatin and then crying that he became Darth Vader. If Jedi council had shown him a lil bit of loyalty, trust and respect - Anakin would never have gone to the dark side.
