How I love the Magickal Herb Oracle! Definitely in my regular rotation 😊
You've managed to find a lot of beautiful plant and herb decks for your collection, thank you for showing them! And very fascinating to see the staves and their tree pairings too.
For my recommendation, The Magickal Botanical Oracle by Maxine Miller and Christopher Penczak is a beautiful and deep deck, with stunning illustrations and detailed correspondences 🌿

I have that Magical Herb Oracle deck too, and the Herbcrafter's Tarot. I'm surprised that you don't have the gorgeous Herbal Astrology Oracle deck. I've heard a lot of herbalists who read tarot say that they disagree with the RWS-imaged Herbal Tarot's herbal associations with the cards, but I know it's popular with others. The Herbcrafter's Tarot is one that's going into the woods and yard with me this year. I really enjoyed this my sweet friend! Many blessings. 🙏✨💜

@@musingsbymascha The herbal lore in the guidebook is amazing though, and the art is gorgeous. I don't use astrology in my readings either, but I don't use this deck professionally...though I could, it's very intuitive. No worries on missing the comment. I sometimes find some get buried and I don't get a notification or they get placed in the review thing for unknown reasons and I'm not notified of them. 💞

Yes! I so agree that herbal/plant decks often can take the place of books! 🪴🪴That has been the case with the Essential Oils & The Healing Plant decks for me. And the illustrations are so lovely in them.

You have some of my favorites here, Mascha. In my late teens I learned so much from Michael Tierra's Herbal Tarot. Really love the Earth Alchemy oracle. It's so unique and dreamy. 💜🍃

Interesting Mascha. Did I ever ask if you have seen a herbal deck from the Baltic/Russian direction? There was a YT vidro where someone did an interview with an Estonian witch, that was where I saw the deck used, but no mention of the name or reply in comments to my question sadly.

I thoroughly enjoyed this! I definitely want to expand my collection of herbalist & plant decks. I don’t know if you’ve heard of the Dirt Gems deck yet, but it’s fantastic. Started indie and went MM recently- just released here. It’s so good I don’t feel like I need another plant based Oracle for a while…but I’ll probably get one anyway! 🤦♀️

Hi Mascha, thank you so much for this lovely video. There is a very interesting book that was recommended on the Astrology podcast - Body Astrology: A Cosmic Guide to Health, Healing, and Harnessing the Power of the Planets, by Claire Gallagher. At the moment this is the only recommendation I have, as currently I do not own any herbal decks, but would love to one day, hugs ❤
