Being practitioner of Yoga for the last 6 years, I feel Yoga slowly dissolves you become like water to observe, absorb the world around.
It will be tremendously helpful if the ones we practice yoga one day we can conquer our bodies to transform in pure water and help other to clean their sickness and then clean from the dark water to the pure water again and again

I think the Yoga program is the program of reorganizing body yourself (mindset and health). For human, mindset comes from the information (knowledge) - read more, meet more, think more, ... and body comes from natural way to connect with body: meal, drink, walking, sitting, ... and in the end you will understand the natural meaning of you and universe. At that time you will know exactly who are you, what do you want from life and many thing. So becoming an yogist, you need to collect more and more experiences and have the time to think about passing experiences to figure out the meaning of these lessons.

@@sumitarya8511 bhai waha pe sewak banake rahe sakte ho jitane din rahena hai...rahena khana sab muft ho jayega. lekin fees bhi dete hai toh usme kapde organic khana rahena aur baki sab shamil hota hai 5 mahine ka aur woh paisa inke school , free hospital , tree plantation aur roj 7000 logo ko khana khilana, staff and maintainance mein jata hai..isliye de sakte ho toh fee de do warna sewak banake rahe sakte ho. indian ke liye fees bhi 40% kam hai. sadhguru ka app hai hai muft mein
