10 Tips for Working Fast Food

Today I’m going over my top tips for working a fast-food job. I’ve worked at Taco Bell for the last three years and I have been a shift lead (manager) for the last year. I want this video to help a high school student out there that is starting their first fast-food job. If I saw this video three years ago, it probably would have motivated me to be a manager much sooner and apply for the Live Mas Scholarship in my first year.

I did about 8 different fast food jobs back in the day…was manager at Dominoes…my tip is, stay away from negative, complaining gossiping employees…that’s kind of obvious

They arent teaching me everything they only teaching me the headset tho. They put me on headset and some of them talk to me like im dumb cuz i cant do the job as fast as they can yet. Like am i supposed to make drinks and take orders at the same time? I have adhd and idk how to do both at the same time yet. People training me are rude af like bro you act like you are making 100$ hour doesn't take much effort to be kind. I do WAY better when co workers are kind and patient. When they talk to me like im dumb i get anxious and my performance declines. been working at wendys 4 days now my first fast food job.
