Maine meri custmer k liye 2 suits order kiye thee meesho pr .vender ne 1 hi suit bheja aur parcel pe likha tha k 2 suits delivered . Ab meesho me complaint kiya to vo kahete he k hm kuchh nahi kr sakte. Me kya karu? Opening vdo he mere pass.

fraud are from seller and customer too , as a customer i observe seller sometime give fraud product and customer too same issue after getting product they will return the product but with another type or remove some accessories from product so on conclusion not only on meesho but every ecommerce platform including amazon and flipkart too.
but need to solution from both side.

Fraud happened with me also..I have made a prepaid order of Rs 472. They have not given me my order not my product which I have ordered...and status shows as your item is delivered..they are simply fraud. This issue happened in August 2022.. I have still not received my order and my money..I have all the call records where the Mesho team told me that you will get your refund but now they said that your item is delivered... Now I do not trust Mesho

Meesho is a fraud company. I had raised a return request for damage wooden temple i received. They are rejecting my return request saying you have not uploaded the correct images. I have uploaded the damaged item images. Don’t buy from meesho. Worst company i have ever seen
